I want to let everyone know that our entire wedding experience with The Catlett Farm was an absolute joy & success! Marie Catlett, the owner is one of the nicest people I’ve ever done business with & I would totally recommend using her venue to anyone. The location near the Cape Fear River is ideal-very peaceful, spacious & scenic. You are able to make a choice of either indoor or outdoor accommodations. There are plenty of spaces for photo ops on the property. In addition, the barn on the property is fully decorated with lots of romantic lighting, plenty of tables & chairs & they also have a “closet” full of all kinds of additional decorative items you can utilize for your own personal design decor! Marie & Jana Culbreth were both so very helpful giving us ideas to incorporate & helping us make decisions on what would look best! They were always available to answer any questions that came up. Their experience has given them a wealth of knowledge about what works & what doesn’t!! They certainly made our wedding experience an excellent one ! I totally would recommend them to anyone about to tie the knot!!!

Village Pine Venue is a *BRAND NEW* Charleston inspired, modern-industrial, event venue on 8 acres, located near the heart of golf, Pinehurst, NC. We are a full property experience with a bridal house, pavilion, gardens with a large patio, grooms garage, main hall, conference room, kids room, catering prep kitchen, vendor lounge, large patio overlooking the pond and fountain, amphitheater, and so much more. Five onsite ceremony options. The brick and English garden landscape is the perfect backdrop for photos. Spend the day comfortably on the property at Village Pine Venue.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Village Pine Venue. Due to the hurricane damages in NC, I had to completely replan our wedding 10 days before it happened. Melissa from Village Pine was eager to help us out and quickly helped us get booked and started on choosing new vendors. Village pine is an absolutely beautiful venue with a wonderful space for all things (bridal getting ready, grooms getting ready, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, etc.). This venue is a stunning space with outrageously helpful staff and I am so glad to have had my wedding here. I cannot recommend them enough.

Daniel's Ridge was the perfect venue for our wedding day! Their communication throughout the planning process was absolutely amazing - Amanda and Todd were so responsive and eager to fulfill our vision. The venue itself is 100% handicap accessible and felt like perfection for our special event. I didn't have a care in the world on my wedding day since there was always an attentive staff member ready to help out with anything we needed. My husband and I felt completely taken care of thanks to Amanda, Todd, and the entire Daniel's Ridge team. From the beautiful ceremony site to the elegant ballroom reception, every detail at Daniel's Ridge was flawless. We're so grateful we chose this venue to host the most important day of our lives. Sugarneck
Sanford, NC
  • Up to 125 guests
  • All-inclusive
  • Outdoor
  • Starts at $7,200

Sugarneck is rumored to have gotten its name by the bootleggers traveling along the Cape Fear River as a code word for the place where they would pick up their moonshine. Sugarneck reaches back long before smartphones and social media, back to a time when the only way to send a message was by writing a letter and sending it in the mail. One of the earliest U.S. Post Offices in North Carolina still stands strong today. It was a community where people gathered, shared news and good times. Built in 1874, the renovated original Cabin structure serves as a unique visual reminder of those simpler times. The Cabin and the Post Office are on the National Register of Historic Places. The vast scenic views of the North Carolina countryside along with the grandness of our 150 year old Oak trees do not go unnoticed, and at night, the stars light up the sky. Today, there is an unexpected immersive experience that brings history, nature and modern elegance together in total privacy.
