The surrounding outside grounds include lush Victorian Gardens. Our outdoor wedding venue is complemented by a pergola nestled between two trickling waterfalls, pagoda, and arbor structures. Set on 100 acres, The Barn at Wagon Wheel Farm traces its history back to the 1840’s when it operated as a dairy farm. The original bank barn has since been restored, including three levels for guests to enjoy, and every other amenity you could dream of. Enjoy the farmhouse for all your pre-wedding preparations and multiple ceremony sites set among rolling cornfields and century-old oak trees. Located just 75 miles from Chicago, 40 miles southwest of Milwaukee and 8 miles east of Lake Geneva, rustic charm blends with modern elegance to create the perfect day for your most important day.

The Ellwood House Museum is an historic estate that offers three unique rental spaces on ten acres of gardens and grounds. These include the first floor and terraces of elegant Ellcourt, an historic Tudar Revival house built in 1899. It is available from March through mid-November and is our only venue where alcohol service is permissible. Ellcourt has an hourly rate of $350. The grounds also offer a choice of three garden spaces for wedding ceremonies. Garden rentals are available mid-May to mid-October and include an inclement weather backup location in the Hearthside Room of the Visitor Center. The rental rate is a flat fee of $500. The third venue is our more casual space, the Hearthside Room, which includes access to the galleries. It is available March through mid-November, and the rental rate is $75 per hour. All venues are limited to 80 people, and both indoor venues have full kitchens.

Furnished alcoves along our woodline with fire pits to light the night sky and warm guests souls. We provide a furnished 20 x 30 cocktail tent and outdoor bar. The price includes 2 bartenders for 8 hours as well as an on-site cooper to provide barrel crafting demonstrations and tours at your guests leisure.
