We also build delectable dessert tables if cake is not your style. With well tested recipes, each cake is made entirely from scratch using fresh and local ingredients. The simple ingredients of butter, sugar, flour, eggs, and cream turn into the most glorious cake layers and fillings. With well balanced layers of flavors, and a cloud like swiss meringue buttercream. We create cakes that are not too sweet and are a perfect end to a magical event.

Karli, the owner and baker, is a University of New Hampshire hospitality management alum and grew up in Central VT gaining experience while working at several popular outlets in the area. Steph here! Hi! I love creating edible art! I found my passion with cake over 17 years ago when I became a new mom and wanted to make a special 1st Birthday cake for my son. A few years later I was asked to make my very first wedding cake and I haven't put my spatula down since! My passion is creating 3D, Gravity Defying Designs, Realism and working with fresh flowers on blank slates of buttercream or fondant (Marshmallow) to create stunning one of a kind designs!

We began as a concession company providing cotton candy at sporting events. In the fall of 2021, we extended our brand by starting our own manufacturing plant. Sweet Buckets was born as an option for customers and businesses to purchase Cotton Candy and Gourmet popcorns direct from our company.

My partner Betsy and I opened this bakery as one of our biggest dreams. We opened April 22nd 2021. And have done over 125 weddings. I've been a wedding cake decorator for over 11 years and nothing makes me happier then helping a couple make their special day perfect.

I would not trade the hard lessons, difficult times, the tears, and the insane amount of dishes for anything in this world because I have done it with my daughter’s encouragement and camaraderie always alongside me.
