Susanna Wang is a passionate performer with over 20 years experience as a freelance artist and a master's degree in harp performance. She is a founding member of AURORA, teaches harp at Sam Houston State University, and is on faculty at Lone Star College and the Houston Summer Harp Festival. The band has members from Mississippi, but most were born and raised in New Orleans. After being displaced by Hurricane Katrina in 2005, members of the band fled to Dallas and planted their roots within the city.
