Frost Moon Mountain is located in Manchester Center just a few hours North of New York City and Northwest of Boston. Once a working farm, the remnants of our agricultural history provide an air of nostalgia so prominent it’s palpable. Though the horse’s stalls are gone, we’ve preserved Frost Moon Mountain’s heritage by retaining much of its original charm while updating amenities to today’s contemporary standards of comfort and luxury. Juniper Springs Wedding Barn offers a 3,920 square foot timber frame event space and barn wedding venue. Featuring spacious ten-foot high barn door openings on both ends and retractable sides, your event can enjoy an open air atmosphere while still being shielded from the elements. We are a very laid back team of husband and wife running his family's 6th generation family farm. We are rustic but also a charming, authentic Vermont experience. The barn can become incredibly elegant for a more formal affair but can also look just perfect with some simple, personal accents. Some of the great things that people love about our venue is our relaxed vibe, we are a BYOB facility and we allow any and all outside vendors. We can house up to 50 guests in the 4 houses that are available on our property. We also allow camping anywhere on the 350 acre property and we have an awesome "glamping site" available for rent as well. We are a weekend rental with the ability to add on days before and after the event to prepare and to relax after. We also have no curfews and encourage you and your guests to party in the barn or around the firepit all night long.

Their venue, Back of the Moon, is located on a hilltop in the heart of VT near Killington Ski Resort. From the renewal of vows and offbeat elopements to bachelorette cooking parties or more traditional weddings, their private oasis kicks it for your affair. Chef Ted offers cooking classes & Linda is seasoned in event planning, so their food/beverage knowledge along with Linda’s aesthetic assists you in masterminding your special day. Their beloved property is now offered to you & yours for small or large affairs. 8 people or less: a cook & mini-moni pkg. is $825 for two. For larger, tented events mid-May to mid-October, $2800 includes 95 photo-op acres of hiking trails, forest, two ponds, plus vendor recommendations. A third option is a tented event on the bank of their large pond for 11-30 people.

Kathy and John chased a dream to move to Vermont and start a farm, having had careers as science teachers in the Philadelphia area. Kathy had attended University of Vermont, fell in love with the state, and vowed to return one day. John left teaching to take his lifelong organic gardening passion to the next level. They looked at a number of farms across southern Vermont, and when they found the Farm at Williams River House, they knew they had found someplace really special – a front row view of Fox Chair Mountain, verdant green hayfields, timeless stone walls and split rail fences, and a stately home dating back to the time of our nation’s founding! They were home, and they wanted to share this magical and romantic space with others.
