The weekend estate rental includes 3 days & 2 nights lodging providing guests with a relaxed experience and ample time for preparation, celebrations, & cleanup. Estate rental includes full use of the Event Barn, grounds, & house. The 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house sleeps up to 16 guests, & is perfect for the family & wedding parties to get ready & stay for the weekend. River Dell Venue boasts a river-side ceremony location complete with rough-sawn log benches. There is an intimate wooded trail to get to the river and there is plenty of room to spread out. We have an indoor ceremony location in case of a rainy day and the farmhouse is an excellent bridal suite. River Dell really takes on the style of each couple and is very flexible to individual preferences.

We no longer manage our Zola site, please reach us on our website. Basic pricing: $3,200 for Saturday, $2,900 for Friday, and $4,200 for Friday & Saturday rental. We have 2 barns, one for the ceremony and the other for receptions. On-site bathrooms, dressing rooms, firepit area as well as an outside bar. All tables and chairs are provided as well as wood high back chairs for head table. We also offer many rental items for decoration, centerpieces etc. We are not vendor picky, you pick all of your own vendors. We do require a licensed bartender to serve all alcohol and we also require a one day special event insurance. 130 person capacity. We began our journey in 2015 with a dusty gravel pit and vision for a new home. The gem was the stunning 30 acre crystal clear lake. After purchasing the property we found ourselves hosting church activities and work functions as people truly loved being here. Slowly we began adding amenities to the property. First a huge rope swing, (that we have since taken down). It was fun watching the kids fly into the water. Then the 110’ water slide kept all the kids smiling as they splashed into the lake. Then in 2020 our daughter was engaged to a great guy. As she began looking for that special place to host her wedding we came to realize that it was right here. We wanted it to be a very special place and we went to work.

Formally a fruit farm the property has been in the Dendel family for over 150 years. Just a few minutes west of US 131 the property is conveniently located between Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo, Michigan.
