I don’t even know where to begin. I hired Rachel about a year out from my wedding. I was looking for a day of coordinator and to say she exceeded those expectations would be the understatement of the century. We had monthly check ins leading up to the wedding, with even more calls as the day got closer, to ensure everything was on track. Hands down the best decision my fiancé and I made in the wedding planning process. I am a type-A perfectionist, who is not easy to please, and Rachel eased all of my worries. Without the help of her and her amazing team, I’m not sure how I would have survived the planning process let alone, made sure everything was perfect on our wedding day. Rachel and her team ensured everything ran on time, contacted all vendors leading up to wedding, ran our rehearsal , set up all tables, flowers, candles, bars, gift tables, cigar bar, the list goes on and on.
