Bellazevents LLC and the owner Veneisha, was an outstanding decorator, florist, day of Cordinator, and caterer that went above and beyond to make our special day perfect. From the very beginning, her communication was proactive, responsive, persistent, and thorough. Our day-of coordinator, Veneisha, created a detailed timeline over a month in advance and seamlessly coordinated with all of our vendors to ensure everything ran smoothly. On the day of, Veneisha put out our dance floor props, cut our extra wedding cake, brought in our late night food and cleaned up the venue to make sure we weren't charged any extra fees. She even packed away all of our supplies for easy pick up following the wedding night. Veneisha and the entire Bellazevents team were truly the best part of our wedding planning experience. In a heartbeat, I would use their services again. They did so much to make our day perfect, from their beautiful handmade floral arrangements to vendor recommendations and guest gift tips. Veneisha went above and beyond the industry standard, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Andrea and her team are the ABSOLUTE BEST. Even though we were planning a somewhat smaller and more informal affair, Andrea was a godsend. Leading up to the day Andrea's kind, patient, and detail-oriented communication was amazing. Importantly, she held space for us to be who we are and not pressure us to go in any direction throughout our planing- I cannot overstate how lovely that is. Honestly one of my favorite photos from the wedding was of Andrea leaning into our bird theme by wearing a feather headband! I did not have to make a single decision or give any direction on our wedding day. I'm telling you- GODSEND. We had no idea if anything went wrong- you can't ask for anything more than that (and we had a caterer, band, DJ and bar set up in a somewhat challenging venue! We found out later that they had to completely pivot where the food was being cooked and set up). At one point Andrea had to kindly redirect the band when they started playing the wrong genre music that we had requested- woof. We were able to simply relax and enjoy the day with our loved ones. We also used her bar services and recommended DJ (who was so patient with our very specific requests) and everything was just perfect- everyone was so friendly, kind, and professional. Andrea also checked in on us throughout the evening and made sure we were fed and had drinks! Even if you think project management and/or event planning are your strong suits, I'm telling you- HIRE ANDREA AND UNIQUE EVENTS. You don't need to be a hero on your wedding day.

JayLynn was the absolute BEST day of coordinator we could have asked for on our big day! She was so so helpful! She came to our hotel room to pick up the decor and when she arrived the first thing she said was “do you need anything?! What can I do for you?”. She created the perfect timeline for the day and sent it out to all of our vendors so the day went smoothly. She took the extra flowers we had and I told her “do with these what you will” and she used them perfectly! We had a memorial chair for my husbands parents who had passed and she put the flowers there as well as on our cake! I was so impressed with how she used the flowers. The venue was set up exactly how I wanted and it was even more stunning than I expected. JayLynn was on time to pick up the decor and I never once had to stress about her or the set up. I truly did not have to stress at all on our big day and it meant the world to me. All night JayLynn was helping me with either carrying my train, helping me in the bathroom when needed, and even coming up and asking if there was anything I needed. She helped my maid of honor bustle my dress and change my shoes for the reception. At the end of the night JayLynn brought all of our decor back to the hotel for us!! She ended up staying in the same hotel and I’m so so glad she did because I’m sure she had a super busy day and we didn’t want her to drive home from Frisco at midnight. JayLynn was such a sweetheart and made everything run so smoothly. There was not a second in our day that wasn’t smooth and that is because of HER!! We had the absolute best day of our lives and we know that it wouldn’t have been possible without all of her help. JayLynn, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all of your hard work and your commitment to making our day perfect! We appreciate you and the work you do SO MUCH!! I know that I probably missed so many of the things she did for us because she did it all but we are forever grateful for her and her help!

We hired Jacinda for month/day of coordination and it was honestly the BEST decision we made while wedding planning! We got to work with Jacinda and LeAnna and they were absolutely amazing! They were so organized and easy to work with, we had full faith in them to help us execute the perfect day. Added plus, they are so fun to hang out with! LeAnna was on top of everything the day of, if something went wrong we have no idea. I was a DIY bride and LeAnna made my vision come to life!
