Hello babes! I’m Laura (she/her/hers) and I’ve fallen in love with meeting down to earth couples who share an intense bond. I’m currently based in Southern California but am always open to travel! I’m ready to pack my bags and be your number one third wheel.

Awarded Best of Zola
It was so much joy and pleasure to work with Laura for our engagement photoshoot and for our wedding day. Laura immediately put us at ease with her bubbly, friendly demeanor. Her directions for different poses were easy to follow, and her enthusiasm and excited reaction after taking a picture was infectious and engaging. She has a keen eye for picturesque backdrops and an awareness of how the lighting affects the mood of the photograph. We loved looking at the pictures she took for both occasions, especially how she captured our expressions and emotions in the moment. We felt very comfortable being affectionate in front of the camera, and she made it so much fun to take pictures in a variety of settings. She drove with us to different locations for our engagement photoshoot, and was very professional and supportive on our wedding day. We hope to work with her again to capture more of our memories in the future.

Storytelling photography that brings your story to life. There is a story to everything right? There is certainly one to your wedding and even to a portrait session. The in-between moments can be the best moments! Images tell a story and they are there for me to find. This isn’t one image. It is a series of images that provoke emotion and thought. This happens with trust and openness and I know I can only get this if you trust me and I am open enough for you to do that. When there is this intimacy, I can get to the heart of the images and that is when the storytelling photography happens.

Vivian Chen Photography

5.0

  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $4,000
  • Serves Point Reyes Station, CA

My style is natural and photojournalistic. I love capturing unscripted moments because those are the type of photos that tell a richer story of your day. Working with me means nothing overly posed, nothing awkward, nothing that doesn't feel like YOU. While we'll spend some time doing portraits, my priority is for you to be present and enjoy your wedding day. I like to shoot discreetly with an emphasis on candids so from the moment you first see each other to that last hilarious toast, you’ll be relaxed and focused on one another and not even noticed I’m there.

We cannot recommend Vivian highly enough for your wedding photography! We had multiple guests compliment her professionalism and stealthiness on the day of the wedding. Vivian’s calm demeanor was MUCH appreciated on the hectic wedding day. She is a superstar. She made sure we didn’t fall behind with our timeline even though we had requested a large number of portraits. Even though we’re a bit camera awkward Vivian was great at posing us and guests for shots. But where Vivian really shines is all of the candid shots that capture the pure joy and excitement of the day! She was so fast to provide us with our wedding photos, and we love looking back at them. The photos are framed well, have true to life coloring, and are just beautiful.

Hello! I’m Laura Ford, a Midwestern native who has fully adopted sunny Southern California as home. My approach for portraits can be described as editorial, and my goal is to artfully capture the essence of you!

Simply put, working with Laura on our wedding day was the best decision we could have possibly made. She was friendly, timely, professional, speedy, expeditious; all of the things you would hope for on such an insanely hectic and important day. And as for the results... we couldn't be happier! Laura and her shooting partner captured the day beautifully from start to finish without ever overstating their presence, and as pleased as we are with the organized photos, we are equally impressed by the 'in-between' moments that they were able to capture. We could not recommend Laura highly enough and are looking forward to the next time we are able to work with her again. Cheers!

Maine Wedding + Lifestyle Photographer serving couples + families with an experience that makes them leave feeling embraced with love. Providing both Photo + Video to New England + Abroad. At Tay Sikes Photo, we make you feel extra loved by those around you, and extra gorgeous in every photo we capture.

I can’t say enough good things about Taylor! Not only is she my wonderful friend, but I have been lucky enough to be on the receiving end of her talent, as she’s taken beautiful and I mean BEAUTIFUL photos of me throughout my entire pregnancy. As a photographer myself this is no easy task, but Taylor has a gift for setting people at ease, making them feel beautiful and creating truly unique shots. Not only have I been the subject of her work, but I’ve also been able to work with her on weddings and I can truly say there is no one I would rather work with. Taylor is so good at catching those beautiful moments as they unfold (the first kiss, the first look) but also the inbetween moments (aunt Mary hugging your cousin at cocktail hour and your little niece break dancing on the dance floor). Her editing is timeless and who she is as a person just makes you want to go back for every important life event. I highly recommend Taylor for all your life moments!

Veronica Padron Photography

5.0

  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $3,500
  • Serves Point Reyes Station, CA

Hi, I'm Veronica, a wedding and adventure elopement photographer who's lucky enough to have documented important moments like your wedding day for the past three years. Before going full-time into this business last year, I was in a totally different field for my day job! I have a BS in Aerospace Engineering from MIT and worked as a systems engineer at Boeing until I quit to put all my time and energy into my true passion - this biz! I love using my creative and technical skills to pause the perfect moments to capture all the emotions, warmth, color, and movement that will bring back that memory in the years to come!

Veronica was our wedding photographer, and we just loved working with her! She's an absolute delight and her photos are amazing. During our engagement shoot, she was incredibly personable and had a great way of making us do these silly dynamic poses that ultimately got us laughing at ourselves. This came out as spontaneous joy-filled candids that just so purely capture how we want to remember these moments. In terms of the actual photography, she comes from an aerospace engineering background, so she has a very technical approach to her work in addition to being overall great to work with. On our actual wedding day, it felt like she blended in as part of the wedding party - she was fun to hang out with and also helped with various odds and ends while getting ready! Everything felt seamless and professional, but also felt like having an extra friend! Highly recommend Veronica - she is such a gem and we are in love with her photography.

With a candid style and two decades of professional photography experience, my passion is capturing real moments and creating photos that tell your story. Living in the San Francisco Bay Area, I am proud to work in the diverse communities here, and welcome the diversity of my clients who are looking to both honor past family traditions as well as create some of their own. My approach to wedding photography is simple; the day of the wedding is about two people coming together to celebrate their marriage with their loved ones, and photos are about connection and trust. My goal is to have your photographs remind you of how you felt that day.

Sonya was truly a pleasure to work with and we are extremely glad we went with her over all the other photographers out there. We were first interested in her when we saw her online portfolio and liked her style. Afterwards, we met her in-person to ask questions and go over the whole process. Sonya was extremely pleasant to talk to with her warm and professional demeanor. She answered all our questions and went over the contract with us in great detail. After deciding to go with her, Sonya reached out to set an engagement shoot date. The engagement shoot went smoothly and Sonya never rushed us or seemed in a rush. Even when we went over the designated hours set for us, she stayed until we finished going throughout the entire place we went to. Of course the photos all turned out great and we even used a few inside the wedding as features. On the day of the wedding, Sonya showed up exactly on time with her assistant photographer. She is very professional, personable, and wonderful to work with! In between our ceremony and reception, we were able to do a 20-min photoshoot. Sonya knew immediately which shots to take and the photoshoot went very, very smoothly. She has amazing attention to detail and she knows exactly what she is doing. After we received the photos back from her, we loved her work and had so many amazing photos to choose from! Overall, we give our highest recommendation to Sonya! Additionally, she replies very quickly to inquiries and when we were planning the wedding. It was great to have quick communication. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you Sonya!!!

His photography style is classic, colorful, and enduring. He’s not “trendy” and I love that aspect. He captures light beautifully. The other reason I love working with Doug is he takes care of our mutual clients. It’s important that all vendors working on an event recognize that the client is the client, and we’re here to take care of them. Doug gets this :)

Tiffany and her team were AMAZING! From the moment we contacted her, Tiffany was professional, helpful and easy to talk to. Figuring everything out for my wedding was all a learning experience and she helped me out so much during the process. During our engagement session, we got to know Tiffany better and once we saw the photos she took, we knew we had made the right choice. We refined the timeline (a lot) and she was available for questions or concerns when I had them. We had the most amazing wedding day, thanks to Tiffany, Alyssa and Brittany. They helped us figure out the best places, and how, to pose and made my husband and I feel super comfortable the whole time. Tiffany captured shots in a way that takes me right back to that moment and I'll cherish them forever. All the photos we got back were fantastic, and I would recommend Tiffany to anybody who needs photos of anything!

Traveling to new destinations with couples to their desired location is a part of what I do + love to do!

As a provider of entertainment for large events, you work with many different planners, photographers, bands, florists, etc. The quality of the event depends on the quality of the people you hire. Photographs are one thing, but what people don't see is how a photographer can set a tone or a level of comfort that carries through the event team and event. Working with Olivia on multiple jobs were some of my favorite experiences because not only were the photos exceptional, the way she guided and calmed the guests and team makes for an enjoyable experience all around. I would recommend Olivia for any event and have used Olivia as my personal photographer!

Heather was lovely to work with. She had tons of ideas which made things way easier for me and less to worry about! She shot our engagement pictures on the east coast & our destination wedding in Spain. For the engagement shoot, it started to rain and turned for the worse! I figured the day was over and that was it, but Heather got creative, pulled out a fun umbrella and we had a great time!! The pictures are super fun and amazing to look back on now that we are married. The wedding pictures were just as fun-- Weddings are known to be high-stress but Heather was on top of things made life so much easier. She knew which pictures to take and when I would forget about certain group combinations with our families she would remember and get the shots! Not to mention she is just a super nice person so I felt comfortable making requests or asking for certain things. I also love the edits she did and really made the images stand out. I really can't recommend enough for every couple to book Seeking Venture for their wedding!

Alyssa Morgan Photography

5.0

  • Editorial style
  • Starts at $4,600
  • Serves Point Reyes Station, CA

June of 2012. Just two months after my mom was critically injured and hospitalized. I began using my camera as an emotional outlet. I started taking portraits for family and friends, and eventually, photographed a courthouse wedding. As time went on, it hit me: These photos are freaking important! And I knew from personal experience that these moments, & the people in them, aren't going to be here forever. That camera became so much more than an outlet. It gave me purpose. And now I see my job as an act of service to you. I'm honored to use my talents and skills to deliver what really matters: TANGIBLE MEMORIES OF YOU & THE ONES YOU LOVE

I truly do not even know where to begin regarding my experience with Alyssa and her team at Alyssa Morgan Photography. Over the past 2 years planning our wedding, Alyssa became much more than a vendor; she became a friend and trusted wedding planning confidante. From the moment I met her on my first wedding planning scouting trip (we live in NJ and had a destination wedding in Islamorada), I KNEW she was the photographer for us. Her photos clearly speak for themselves (I mean come ON, they are like something out of a magazine), but her personality (awesome), knowledge of the area (she is a Keys native, which is SO important when having a destination wedding in my opinion – you need someone familiar with the lighting, the locations, etc.), and her overall expertise in the industry (she even coaches other photographers!) truly make her worth every penny. This girl is worth her weight in GOLD and MORE. Alyssa photographed our engagement shoot almost 2 years ago, which helped us to get to know each other more. She knew how to make my then-fiancé laugh and even SMILE in front of the camera (which is not his favorite place to be) and make us look like supermodels in the process. We have her shots of us hanging all over our home because they are too beautiful not to show off. Despite COVID, missing out on our additional wedding planning trips due to the pandemic, and the overall unknown that was our wedding over the past year (we were worried we would have to postpone, cancel, etc.), she was virtually by our side every step of the way. Keeping us filled in on the state of the Keys, helping us troubleshoot obstacles, and keeping me calm in the process. When it came to our wedding, obviously as a bride it is a very overwhelming and nerve wracking day, but when Alyssa and her team of Kat (2nd shooter) and Kurt (videographer – we never even wanted a videographer until Kurt jointed her team and I saw his work and I am SO glad we decided to do it!!!), I instantly felt better. She worked with me and our planner before the wedding to put together a detailed outline of the day, photography timeline, important shot list, and she even helped me pull off a surprise first look for my fiancé with his best man dressed in a wedding dress to calm his nerves too! The day went off seamlessly, she coordinated us, our family, friends, bridal party, extended family to make sure every shot we wanted was taken. We got our sneak peeks back within days and my *husband* and I spent the remainder of our minimoon entranced by them! I always told Alyssa that photography was THE MOST important aspect of my wedding (I am a huge picture person) – and we COULD NOT BE HAPPIER that we chose her to shoot the most important day of our lives. We WILL be returning to the Keys and look forward to Alyssa shooting things like our anniversaries, pregnancy photos, and family photos in the years to come. **In summary, if I can just drive home just one point: IF YOU ARE GETTING MARRIED IN THE KEYS AND NOT USING ALYSSA FOR PHOTOGRAPHY: YOU. ARE. DOING. IT. WRONG!**

Tara was amazing from beginning to end. We absolutely loved her photography style when we first came across her as a preferred vendor of our wedding venue (Beltane Ranch), but knew that we also needed to love HER if we were to spend the majority of our special day with her by our side. Luckily, from the moment we had our first chat with Tara, we knew she'd be perfect for us. Our engagement photo shoot at the Sutro Baths in San Francisco was the perfect way to get to know Tara's style and she helped us bring our vision to life in the shoot. Once we got to the wedding day, we completely trusted Tara to nail it - and, boy, did she deliver! She was SO efficient and organized. It was certainly a huge benefit that she knew our venue, but I am certain she would have been just as impressive in any environment. One of the best aspects of hiring Tara, ultimately, is her art. Her photography is truly a work of art. She has an incredible eye and managed to make two very awkward gals (my wife and I) feel incredibly comfortable behind the camera. We are just enamored with the photos she took and will cherish them for a lifetime. The cherry on top of all of it was that she turned around our photos within 1 week of the wedding! We received the digital album during our honeymoon and it was so fun to reminisce while still celebrating. Thank you for everything, Tara!

When you elope in the middle of a pandemic, it matters all the more that you love your photographer--since they'll be the only other person at your wedding. :) And in short, we couldn't be happier that ours was Shawnee. She has such a gift and a love for the work she does—and it shows. We knew she was the right person from the moment we met on Zoom--she is warm and kind, asked all the right questions, and instantly put us at ease. My partner and I eloped at the end of October 2020 in DC, just before the election. It was a whirlwind moment for so many reasons, especially as a queer couple. And it mattered to us that the person who captured those treasured memories, really understood what that moment meant to us. Everyone who sees our photos marvels at how wonderful they are—and no doubt we look great, but Shawnee’s warmth and direction and stellar eye really made all the difference. Vibing with your photographer matters—we’re so grateful to have found one with such grace and as much love for her art as Shawnee. <3

Halcyon Echo

The greek myth from which the phrase “halcyon days” is derived, is one of great love ending in a time of joy and calm. A euphoric recollection of the past and an optimistic reverence for the future. Echo denotes a feeling of resonance and return. Because our memories and dreams are almost never linear-they are organic-abstracted from reality and, often, largely defined by touch, scent and, of course, sight. My hope is to create imagery that will reflect the deepest of fully felt emotion from this day, back to you. Working with analog & digital processes from Denver, Colorado.

Working with Karly and having her shoot my wedding was a wonderful experience! She was such a pleasure to work with and captured the most amazing candid photos of our special day.

Every love story deserves to be documented in the most authentic way. As a master storyteller, this is what I do best. Hi, I'm Carly and I am honored to be considered for such an essential role on your most special day! I will work with you to carefully plan a photography timeline and desired shot list to ensure time stops and every essential moment is captured.

Carly is a long time family friend so it was a no-brainer to have her be a part of our special day, but she delivered far above our expectations! We couldn't imagine our wedding day without her, and have gone back to her for every family photo, maternity shoot, and Christmas card since. She managed to get both the traditional bridal party shots and candids that told the whole story of our wedding. If we had to redo our day all over again, we wouldn't have changed a thing about working with Carly!!

West coast documentary photographer with east coast roots. My journey started when I photographed my first wedding in high school and I fell in love with documenting celebrations. Growing up with five sisters gave me the opportunity to understand the art of photographing women, and I bring that experience to every wedding I photograph. As a wedding photographer, my main goal is to connect with my clients so that they feel comfortable to be themselves behind the lens. Photography has taken me all over the country. I’m so excited to meet you and learn more about your wedding plans!

Abi photographed our July 13th wedding and she was the BEST decision we made when planning our special day. Abi is an amazingly talented photographer, but that’s not all. She was the biggest source of kindness, encouragement and excitement on our wedding day. She hyped us up, gave advice on whatever we needed, and made us feel so comfortable when taking pictures. We were able to just have fun and follow her lead which resulted in the most beautiful, natural photos! Our photo gallery tells the complete story of our sweet summer wedding - from the details photos, to the portraits, to the behind-the-scenes candids, Abi has a wonderful eye and we will cherish our photos forever. We highly recommend her as your photographer. Thank you Abi!!!

Trung Hoang Photography

My name is Trung, the head honcho at this eponymously named company. My name is pronounced “Troon”, which sounds like spoon, so ignore those other letters that make life complicated. I've been a photographer for close to 10 years, photographing things big and small, far and wide. It's pretty incredible how impactful and valuable a split second image of a given time, place, person, or object can mean to a person. Whether it's a photograph of someone you love or a place you'd love to be, photographs spark memories or inspire the pursuit of new ones and that's why I love it.

Trung was an amazing photographer to work with, and the easiest of our vendors to work with. He and his wife, who typically shoots with Trung, came to the venue to tour it with us and get a feel for the area. His communication and organization are top notch. Most importantly for my wife who is camera-shy, Trung is great at making people feel comfortable around a camera, and directing poses and looks that he thought would be nice. As a hobbyist photographer, some things I really appreciated about him are he is someone who is completely ok with you taking the digital files he gives you and editing them yourself, which some photographers do not allow. He also takes amazing landscape photos, and brings those skills and artistic sensibilities into his editing and wedding photography. We later (about a year later) asked Trung to put together a wedding album for us which he gladly did, going through 4 iterations with us. I also asked for one of the photos to be edited slightly different to fit the rest of the page which Trung was happy to do for us. Other things about Trung: 1) Punctual 2) Flexible (our wedding ended up running behind and suffered a blackout at the venue, both of which he took in stride) 3) Captures great photos, posed and candid! My wife and I would hire Trung again in a heartbeat! We still keep in touch with him more than a year post wedding if that helps to show you how great of a guy he is.

Hi! I'm Alex, a wedding photographer based out of Milwaukee, WI! I've been a photographer since 2017 and have fallen absolutely in love with capturing love stories! When I'm not behind the camera, you can likely find me traveling (I'm in Arizona a lot), snuggled up at home with my pups, or trying local coffee shops!

Alex is not only such a kind person to work with, but she is also incredibly talented! Alex did both our engagement photos and our wedding photos and they are stunning! Our engagement session on the beach was so dreamy and looked like we were in a movie. We just recently got married and Alex did an AMAZING job capturing our photos. We received so many sneak peaks from her and I was immediately smiling and spending the next few HOURS just staring at the photos. She captured our moments so perfectly and I am so happy we will forever have these photos. Alex was so easy to work with and truly cares about the couples she works with. I would highly recommend her for your wedding and any other photo needs!

Want a trusted, unobtrusive, thoughtful pro photographer friend on your wedding day? Someone to capture the way the wedding FEELS as well as it looks. A little direction during portrait time, a little leadership during family portraits, and near invisibility all other times? I think you’re onto something. I’m in. What's exciting? What’s important? What's confusing? Let’s sit down for a discovery meeting and I’ll ask, listen, lay out options, and share suggestions. I want to learn about you. I'm on your team 100% before, during, and after your wedding. Bonus: I've shot 400+ practice weddings before yours and I absolutely LOVE what I do!

We found Olivia to be a wonderful, skilled photographer! Her eye for composition is creative, yet she demonstrated the connectiveness of us as a couple. The one thing that stands out is how Olivia totally put us at ease by using innovative ways to relax us as we were posing. She had us, as we were holding a position close to each other, to tell each other 3 things we love and appreciate about each other. This of course brought smiles and was totally relaxing and sincere. She made us so relaxed and comfortable . As a result , the photos look completely natural. We actually became engaged the afternoon, immediately after these photos were taken. She made the moment so relaxing and magical. It was serendipity. I recommend her highly, and will be spreading the word amongst my friends and contacts. We will treasure these photos forever.

MODERN ROMANCE DOCUMENTED EXCEPTIONALLY Named after my mother Ana Rosa, De La Rosa strives to help you slow down, be present and be yourselves on your wedding day. We believe being present on your wedding day will bring out the best in you and your partner. Giving an authentic and fun experience while having a timeless and editorial look.

Sebastian took our wedding photos and I'm in love with them! Me and my husband are not typically in front of a camera and unsure of how to pose, Sebastian helped us feel so so comfortable and gave us direction and different poses so there was more variety than just the one typical pose. He was so sweet and patient when it came to our families, he also speaks fluent Spanish and English which was perfect for our American/Peruvian wedding (my parents don't speak Spanish and my husband's parents don't speak English.) Not only was his personality off the charts, his photography skills were also outstanding. He caught the sweetest moments between my husband and I as well as with our families. He captured details of the wedding that I would probably forget if we didn't have pictures (table settings, my nails, decorations etc) and the quality was stunning. We couldn't be more grateful for Sebastian as a person and as a photographer, look no further cause he's the whole package!!

I've always had a passion for art and beauty. Growing up being an artist and wanting to be a cartoonist turned into a film degree and the beginning of Forevermore Films in 2003. Since then we have grown as one of Utah's best wedding options in both photography and videography. We have a small team of 3 of use working together to ensure we capture everything. I have a wife and 5 kids and choose to live in a more rural part of Utah and travel to all my weddings.

Forevermore films is so easy to work with. Their team is so friendly and gives you their best. We can't even imagine using someone else for our wedding. Pictures and video from our wedding were very important to us because they are the memories that you take with you after the big day. Forevermore not only captured those special moments beautifully, but the team made those memories even more enjoyable. We recommend them to all of our friends and family, and plan on using them for future shoots as our family grows.

Born in San Francisco, I grew up in West Marin, traveled to the East coast and Ghana for schooling and I am currently based in the East Bay. A mother, gardener, hiker, traveler - I have a background in dance and psychology in addition to photography. I've photographed weddings for more than 20 years.

Cindi and her team at Two Irises turned our wedding memories into incredible photographs that we will enjoy for the rest of our lives! My favorite thing about working with Cindi is that she listened to what I wanted and took photos that I requested (family/wedding party shots, getting ready shots, etc.) but she also took so many candid photos and captured real moments of joy of my husband and I and our wedding guests. Those photos ended up being my favorite pictures! I loved her work so much I recommended Two Irises to our friends, who booked them for their wedding - and in exchange we were gifted a beautiful print of our choice from our wedding! Could not recommend Two Irises enough.

For some unknown reason I have loved weddings since I was a kid. That’s the first thing. But then… I got married. And that is indescribable. So… if you happen to be here because you have met someone special, and you are making moves, CONGRATULATIONS! You really are in for the ride of a lifetime. So… my first photos? Yup. They were from a wedding! Unfortunately they took the human knee as their subject because I was short, because I was five years old. One auspicious day I brought a camera to a friends’ wedding. I partied. I had a fabulous time. Afterwards they told me I should have said something, my photos were better than the hired pro.

We hired Paul for our San Francisco wedding and it was easily one of the best decisions we made. In addition to beautifully (and creatively) capturing the energy and excitement of the day, Paul was also an absolutely pleasure to work with at ever step of the way. Our wedding was in San Francisco this past August and had approximately 65 people in attendance. To say that we had high expectations for our wedding photographer was an understatement: we wanted someone who would be able to capture the dynamic energy and emotion of our big day in a natural, joyful way. I am happy to say that Paul exceeded all of our expectations and then some. We initially reached out to Paul in February through his website and we scheduled an introductory phone call. At that time I was chatting with a few different photographers in the Bay Area but was impressed at Paul's thoughtful questions regarding our vision of big day as well as the logistical considerations (venue locations, lighting , size, etc). From our first meeting at his lovely home, Paul was kind, thoughtful, considerate which made us feel like we were in good hands and helped put us at ease during the craziness of the planning. He asked us to consider which moments would be most important to our wedding and helped us think through the logistics of the day. Paul was also helpful in planning some of the big day itself: we had scheduled a city tour with our guests to occur between the ceremony and reception but were unsure where to go in the city. He recommended locations that would be both enjoyable for our guests and would make good backdrops for photos. In addition to the city tour, the day itself had a lot of moving parts which could have been really challenging to photograph (indoor ceremony in City Hall, outdoor brass band parade in full sunlight, indoor reception with low lighting in small antique store). Paul and his second shooter were well prepared and able to shot gorgeous photos in every location. Paul was also very mindful of which moments would be most meaningful to us. For example, we had mentioned that we specifically wanted lots of dancing photos from the reception and so Paul made sure a remote flash lighting system was set up in the reception venue which made for some fantastic dance floor shots. We had also said that we wanted to make sure we had a lot of candid photos of our friends of family and so Paul made sure to mingle among our guests, putting them at ease and getting natural, candid photos of our loved ones. After the wedding, Paul was able to send us our sneak peaks only after 24 hours (!) and the full gallery a short time after that. At this point, I was already very impressed but what happened after that really blew me away: Paul emailed me a few weeks after the wedding to me to ask if he could photograph some details from the wedding that he wasn't able to get on the big day (handkerchiefs from the brass band parade, wedding invitations, etc). He told me that he felt that those details were important in telling the story of our wedding and he wanted to make sure they were captured. I realize that it would've been easy for Paul to simply send the photos he already had but the fact that he found it was important to capture all the small details really speaks to his thoughtfulness, professionalism and excellence. We can't thank you enough, Paul!

We hired Virginie at the recommendation of our wedding planners at Matthew Robbins Design. Working with Virginie was an absolute dream - we first met a few months before our wedding, where we explained our vision, what we hoped for in terms of photography, and how the day would run. She stayed with us for hours, talking through ideas, showing us ideas and inspiration. We walked away so grateful to be working with her. Flash forward a few months to our wedding day, and I was so thrilled to see Virginie's face as I was getting ready. She is such a beam of energy, support and goodness - exactly what you want on your wedding day! She creative directed us so that we felt relaxed and happy, but knew that we were getting beautiful images. She captured EVERY. BEAUTIFUL. DETAIL of our wedding day - from the beautiful first look, to images with our family and friends, our ceremony and then those crazy/fun/wild dance floor pictures. We are over a year out from our wedding and still find ourselves poring over our wedding photos at least once a week. They are such a beautiful reminder of the amazing, special day we had, and it would not have been possible without Virginie. We were SO lucky to work with her and recommend her without hesitation. She is so talented and just a wonderful, wonderful human. We can't wait to work with her again!

I started my photography business in August of 2010 after our daughter was born. I enjoy the beauty of capturing and telling peoples stories. I still remember being terrified to capture my very first when without my mentors, I didn't want to miss anything. Not only will you be comfortable infront of her camera all day on your wedding day, you will feel beautiful and confident knowing that Kirstin is going to make your photos look incredible.
