    really want to preface by saying I wanted to give Carly the benefit of doubt, but at the end of the day she has repeatedly let me down. I originally booked her in 2022 for my wedding. My husband and I paid for a package that would provide us with a canvas of a photo of our choice as well as 50 prints in a custom gift box. After the wedding we did receive our digital copies of our photos but never the physical copies that were promised. I had inquired with her some time after and she had a medical procedure that put her out of commission and I was understanding to her situation. However, months passed and still only crickets. At this point I got pregnant has a baby and life got busy. I inquired with her last year about getting those items as I saw she was still in business. It took a few messages before I was able to get a hold of her through her personal instagram. Where she eventually responded and agreed to help me get the items that were previously promised. I thought, yes finally we’re gonna get somewhere, ultimately she kept ignoring me. I haven’t heard from her in months now. And I’m extremely upset that I made the mistake to trust her word. She hasn’t been faithful in our business exchange. I want to say she is a kind person, but she had ultimately been unprofessional and unreliable. If you’re looking for a photographer please save yourself the headache

    Carly is a long time family friend so it was a no-brainer to have her be a part of our special day, but she delivered far above our expectations! We couldn't imagine our wedding day without her, and have gone back to her for every family photo, maternity shoot, and Christmas card since. She managed to get both the traditional bridal party shots and candids that told the whole story of our wedding. If we had to redo our day all over again, we wouldn't have changed a thing about working with Carly!!
