I would highly recommended this venue 100 times over! This place truly made the best day of our lives. Thelma the wedding planner was very organized and I never stressed on the day or even the days leading up to the big day. Everything was taken care of in the all-inclusive package that is extremely affordable! If I could do it all again I would choose this place over and over. This venue is for any type of wedding!

Having our wedding at Deering Estate was a dream come true. The view is indescribable. On our first time visiting, we knew this was the place for us. Christina gave us our initial tour and helped us throughout the entire process. She was a pleasure to work with! Especially since it was a destination wedding for us, it was a comfort being left in good hands. Overall, communication with Christina was amazing, but there was a lapse between what we were told by Christina and the security on the day of our wedding. Security tried to lock us out of a room we paid for, as well as the room where our wedding party was meant to keep all of our personal belongings. My husband and wedding planner got everything straightened out when they were eventually able to get in contact with Christina (for some reason, it was harder to reach her that day). Although, that situation definitely put a damper on our special day; all in all, we’d do it again! Deering allows you to bring outside caterers and services to their beautiful location, so we truly got everything we wanted. It was a blessing of a day and better than any wedding I could’ve dreamt for myself. 10/10 would recommend this location for ANY event. (Just ensure you have adequate bug spray and extra lights around your set up for when it gets dark, as the property does not provide any!)

My husband and I had our wedding here Nov. 2024. Everything from the food, to the service, location, parking literally everything was perfect. I am being completely honest when I say I have no complaints. The evening went so smoothly thanks to the team at Vista Lago. They were constantly checking on my husband and I throughout our wedding. One of the most important details to me was the food and the food here was incredible. Everyone was raving about how great everything tasted. You have the ceremony, cocktail and reception all in one location. Not only is it great for weddings, but it is also great for baby showers, 15’s, birthdays and a lot of other fun events. It has high ceilings with beautiful chandeliers. It’s a gorgeous venue and the best value you will find in Miami. If you are anything like me and very indecisive and anxious, Vista Lago is the place to hold your wedding at. We are both incredibly happy we chose this venue and will be choosing this venue for future celebrations. They also gave us the left overs. We couldn’t eat on our wedding because of our nerves but we were able to enjoy the food the day after and everyone was right it was sooo good

We worked mainly with Tony, and he was absolutely wonderful. He answered our calls anytime we reached out, offered genuinely helpful suggestions, and clearly explained all requirements and pricing. Tony went above and beyond to make our day feel seamless. He coordinated family photos so efficiently, helped us look our best by keeping drinks out of shots, and adjusted the temperature right away when we asked. Everything on the day of the event happened exactly as promised, which gave us so much peace of mind. Even when the DJ didn’t reach out at first, Tony immediately gave us his contact info and made sure we were taken care of. I got married here January 2025 and I cannot recommend Cauley Square enough! The venue offers an incredibly affordable all inclusive option for 100 guests which included dinner, drinks, all tables and chairs etc, DJ, and photographer--making the wedding planning so much easier. All I needed to do was book make up artists (the venue has a bridal suite for getting ready), buy a dress and set up some DIY decorations. The venue itself is incredibly charming, we got rave reviews from our guests who loved the atmosphere. Food is prepared by an onsite restaurant and so it was actually really delicious. And Abby (day of coordinator/wedding planner) was the sweetest and so incredibly helpful. Because of poor weather, we needed to move the reception indoors and set up tents for the outdoor ceremony. Abby made sure everything looked amazing and facetimed me the day before so I could see how the indoor set up was coming along. When I was disappointed that the reception could not be outdoors, the owner purchased new outdoor lights to create a little outdoor area for guests to hang out. This venue truly goes above and beyond! A hidden gem for sure!!

We worked with Melissa throughout the entire process and she was the most calming presence in what many know to be a stressful planning process. She made sure that every detail, including guest allergy accommodations were taken care of and she helped us with last minute changes until the 11th hour. We hosted our wedding at EPIC and loved everything about the venue. The food was fantastic, the views for the outdoor ceremony were beautiful, and the ballroom was sophisticated, warm, and inviting. We also hosted a room block for our guests, and everyone had the most wonderful things to say about the accommodations and location. Holly was absolutely incredible to work with. She was so fun, kind, and responsive, and she went above and beyond to work with us to incorporate our visions. We truly enjoyed spending time with her throughout the entire process, as she expertly answered our hundreds of emails and questions. We were worried hosting our wedding at a hotel pool/ballroom could be impersonal, but the moment we first saw the spaces and met Holly we knew this was no ordinary hotel wedding venue. Lastly, having the ceremony and reception venues, food, rentals, and hotel block all combined with one amazing point of contact made everything so much easier on us. We can’t recommend EPIC and Holly highly enough.

The space itself is absolutely gorgeous - the high ceilings, elegant decor, and stunning chandeliers created such a beautiful and unique backdrop for our celebration. One of the best things about this venue was that they let us use any caterer we wanted, which was incredibly important to us. The food and drinks flowed all night long, from 8pm to 6am! The team at the Dupont Building truly went above and beyond to make our wedding day absolutely perfect.

We just had our wedding at the Vintage on 10.28 and despite the insanity of the days leading up, the staff at the venue made sure that our special day went perfectly. They offer a lot of their own vendors on site which made the planning process smoother than I initially anticipated. And their coordinator, Anabel, did a splendid job at the event, tackling every hiccup before I could even hear word of it. She was, hands down, amazing. Joseph wears many hats and he’s the right kind of person you want on your day - you know that with him involved everything is going to go as planned or even better. The venue itself was beautiful. The setup was perfect and the space outside for pictures alongside the green wall was unbelievable, they turned out really nice! The Hilton was also helpful when it came to room blocks. They provided us status updates around our room blocks and helped give out welcome bags to our guests that booked through them.
