Our space can accommodate anywhere from 80 to 400 guests, with separate rooms for food, dedicated dressing rooms, a well equipped stage and a relaxing patio heaters, fans and a gas fire pit. When you inquire, you will also receive information about our sister location, The Farm at 42, which we opened in March of 2018. This venue is similar to The Farm at 95, but has simple improvements such as larger dressing suites, upgraded finishes and a completely different ceremony setting. We hope that between one of our locations, we are able to work together to plan your pefect day!

Happily accommodating 200 guests, we have two dressing suites, a full kitchen, a dedicated ceremony room, plenty of bathrooms and air conditioning throughout. There is ample of parking for all of your guests and staff will be on site for the duration of your event. The English Country Barn offers several flexible space choices to make the wedding of your dreams come to life! A huge covered chapel seating up to 200 guests giving you even more choice for your ceremony. In addition we have a stunning outdoor fireplace, a beautiful fountain and hand crafted outdoor bar all on our adjacent patio, the perfect spot for cocktail hour. We also boast 3 houses onsite available for wedding party or out of town guests.

The venue can seat around 200 guests comfortably. The main space is a dream with beautiful white shiplap walls, gorgeous stained plank cathedral ceiling and lots of natural light. The main space is heated and cooled so you can be comfortable in any season. There is a covered porch that leads to a large flagstone patio with a white fireplace, this is a great space for rehearsal dinners or just an extension of the reception space. The bridal suite is in a separate building adjacent to the venue. Recently built in 2023, with nearly 800 sq feet you and your wedding party will have a comfortable space to enjoy the day. Finally, there is an open air chapel that can seat 200 guests comfortably. It has beautiful cathedral style windows in the front and back of the chapel and open arches on the sides. This chapel will make a great rain back up option for your wedding day or if you love it as much as we do, it can be a beautiful plan A option as well.

You, your guests, and photographer will enjoy our open fields, woods, pond w/Japanese footbridge, and cabanas overlooking the Cape Fear River. Our Indoor venue has Heat and A/C making it comfortable year round. There is something magical about it and people comment all the time about the wonderful feeling there is inside. It is soft, sparkly, and has a hushed elegance with just enough wood to make it comfortable. It is practically decorated for you with lights, chandeliers, draping, and seating up to 150. AND...you can use our decor for free! Truly, you get SO much more than just a building for your event...you get a destination. Sugarneck is rumored to have gotten its name by the bootleggers traveling along the Cape Fear River as a code word for the place where they would pick up their moonshine. Sugarneck reaches back long before smartphones and social media, back to a time when the only way to send a message was by writing a letter and sending it in the mail. One of the earliest U.S. Post Offices in North Carolina still stands strong today. It was a community where people gathered, shared news and good times. Built in 1874, the renovated original Cabin structure serves as a unique visual reminder of those simpler times. The Cabin and the Post Office are on the National Register of Historic Places. The vast scenic views of the North Carolina countryside along with the grandness of our 150 year old Oak trees do not go unnoticed, and at night, the stars light up the sky.
