Just 2 months months prior to my wedding, he had been diagnosed with ALS (lou gehrigs disease). Shortly after my wedding, his health drastically declined and he passed away. Unknowingly at the time, my photographer had captured some of the last moments of him, healthy & happy before his passing. And to this day, out of ALL 815 photos from my wedding day, the photos of my dad are my most cherished.
