Coming from an Italian family, I inherited the baking genes. I started making cheesecakes 15 years ago. It started out as a challenge to see if I could do it, and once I mastered that, I decided to expand into different flavors. I brought cheesecakes to family functions and my mom would always say that they were "too rich" or "too much". I changed to making them into bars so she could have a smaller piece and it wouldn't be too much. Once I found mini cheesecake pans, my life was made! After being encouraged by my friends and family to start my own business, I took the leap and did it. 6 years later, I am still enjoying it.

Since she was a child, Allie spent a lot of time in the kitchen helping her mother and developing a love for baking. Her passion then grew into a career when she decided to go to New York to study Baking and Pastry Arts at the Institute of Culinary Education. Since then, she has honed her baking skills and gained experience, working with chefs like David Burke and Tom Colicchio from NJ, NY, CA, and TX.
