The Grande Victorian is a stunning historical event venue! Built in 1884 this beautiful 12,000 square foot home sits on 20 acres in Monroe, North Carolina. We have a covered outdoor Pavillon for your ceremony, a large manicured courtyard for cocktail hour and a 5,000 square foot formal ballroom for your reception. Our newly renovated second floor bridal suite is a "photographers dream", equipped with a kitchenette, makeup -up and hair room, a mother of the bride and mother-in-law suite, and a breathtaking bridal and Groom Suite. The Bottle Factory Venue is a 10,000 Sq. Ft. event rental facility nestled in the historic district of Monroe, North Carolina. The event center is part of the 1927 Coca Cola Bottling Company and still retains many of its unique and quaint features, including: exposed brick walls, 16 Ft. open beam ceilings, floor to ceiling columns and hardwood floors. Our facility is available year-round. Popular events include: weddings, banquets, dances, business meetings, class reunions, and more. Each event at The Bottle Factory promises a unique atmosphere and experience.

With over 25 years experience in the event industry we have a lot to share to bring your vision to reality. We are a full-service Venue and are able to assist from start to finish or we welcome you to just use our facilities. Whichever situation you prefer we are here to make sure your day is everything you envisioned! Our Venue holds 150 seated dinner guests and 230 people for a cocktail style event. We offer onsite catering from $14-$25 a person. Our Bar Collections are from $9.00- $15.50 per person, with a $500 setup fee added. You can use our caterer or bring in your own, however you must use The HIVE'S Bar Service. We have many menu options to choose from.
