The property is surrounded by trees, open meadows, the Cascades, historic buildings, and even a few Homestead animals. Shafer Baillie Mansion is a historic 14,000 sq foot mansion in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle. It has hosted weddings of many sizes from very small to over 100, we now limit our capacity to 50 people indoors for a cocktail style reception.
