Words cannot describe this magical venue- you have to see it to believe it! It's literally breathtaking. The staff were amazing from the early communication to my day of event manager (the two ladies helped me A LOT!). Amanda was someone who I worked with on my multiple visits and she is an absolute gem! The staff helped make my vision a reality and even a month later, people are still raving about our wedding. The venue is so gorgeous (think double deck cabin style) that it needs minimalist decor (they even have a rental room you can use for the decor) because the scenery is more than enough for pictures. The layout of your event is very up to you with multiple options for where you would want the ceremony to be held. I loved using the patio for the ceremony (gorgeous trees as the backdrop), then held the reception inside (main level with bar deck), and had the dancing back out on the patio (the staff cleared the space but left chairs and benches along the outer rim). The nearby fire pit was perfect for a s'mores station and the side of the building has a nice grassy lawn where guests also enjoyed corn hole. The bridal suite is of good size with a full bathroom and a private deck (my ladies and I enjoyed our morning to the fullest), and then there are two other smaller suites (we did groom suite and the other room was to co-mingle). The staff let me plan multiple week day visits prior to my official planning meeting so that I could get measurements for things, scope out the layout and really get my vision put together on my time. My family and friends all loved staying in the treehouses (what a cool experience itself!). The bar is included with the venue (AMAZING packages with more options included in each than I have seen anywhere else- even with the basic package) so I just had to focus on the decor and the food (catering and desserts). You do only get the venue the day-of unless you luck out and pay for early set-up the day prior (I got lucky with my Saturday wedding and was able to come in Friday to decorate but they are normally booked with Friday weddings). Lots of parking made it convenient for guests. I included multiple photos (credit to Travis Lontoc) to help give an idea of the space and how we used it.

From the moment we first arrived to view the lodge, my wife and I knew this was the place we were going to get married. The property is gorgeous, the pond and the woods make the ideal background for your wedding pictures! The lodge it self is also incredible, from the amount of space to all of the entertainment in the game room to keep the little ones occupied. Sharyn and her crew were incredible to work with and made sure that everything was perfect before we arrived. Having an all inclusive location was a huge deal for us and the lodge provided everything we dreamt of!

I cannot begin to describe how happy we are that we booked Basil Place for our wedding. I planned our Cleveland wedding from out-of-state, and Michelle from the get-go was so flexible in setting up tours for my family and fiancé when we got into town. First, I'll speak about the venue itself: it is absolutely the most beautiful place I've ever seen. The whole farm is surrounded by beautiful nature, trees, and ponds, and rolling pastures. We were able to have a beautiful outdoor ceremony, get ready in the carriage house, and use the manor house for pictures, hanging out, and pre-wedding snacks. Our reception was in the barn, which is so gorgeous and opens up onto a patio with views of rolling fields and reflecting ponds (which are stocked with bass if you feel like fishing like some of our guests did!) There was so much space for our reception we were able to set up cornhole and spikeball outside the barn which made for such a fun evening. Our guest loved taking pictures all around the property. I cannot say enough good things about how perfect this venue was for our wedding! I also have to mention how absolutely wonderful and above and beyond Michelle and her staff were throughout every step of the wedding process. Michelle truly feels like family to us. She made the process so easy and was so accommodating to all of our requests. She checked on us so many times leading up to and the day of the wedding- we truly felt so taken care of It is so apparent that this is not just a business to her, but truly her passion. Their preferred caterer, A Taste Of Excellence, was hands-down the best experience with a caterer we've ever had. Mikaela was so kind and flexible, and the food was absolutely to die for we were so impressed with them that we had them cater our welcome dinner as well. They do so many weddings at basil place that they are very familiar with set up and where to go, which makes for that much smoother of a day. All the catering staff were so kind and friendly and added to the positive atmosphere. In summary, if we could go back in time, we would choose Basil Place 100 times over!!

Livia was an absolute DREAM to work with. She was very tentative to our vision, and the entire process from beginning to finish was amazing. The team at Orchard Hills made our vision come to life and everything was so intimate and cozy! Livia was by my side from day one and even played violin for the ceremony. The ceremony was supposed to be outside and it called for rain (and boy did it rain lol!) Livia set up the outside just incase there was a chance it could've been outside. To me that was her going above and beyond. The whole day was a dream come true. If you book your wedding or event here you will not regret it!

Leah is friendly and made the entire process stress free. From the menu selection to the order of the day, Leah helped us get everything in order. We did our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all at Pinstripes. On our wedding day Leah and her team were super attentive and helped with everything. This team went above and beyond helping our guests (and us) and making sure everything was going great all day long. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We were one of the first couples to book at Tall Oaks. We took a chance when at the time the venue was just a construction site. So happy we took that leap of faith. As a new venue, of course there were hurdles throughout our journey but the destination far exceeded our expectations. Our wedding was perfect and the venue is stunning beautiful, Taylor and Sarah were wonderful and the entire service staff not only did their job well but made the night FUN. I can only imagine how incredible it will be for couples once the carriage house is complete, lovers lane, etc. Tall Oaks offers so many great additional amenities. I would call it a “one stop shop” for venue, on site accommodations, beautiful scenery for pictures, etc. If I could do it over again, I would definitely book with Tall Oaks again.

My father’s Celebration of Life was, without a doubt, one of the smoothest and easiest events I’ve ever organized, largely thanks to the incredible team at La Vera. Not only are their prices affordable (especially considering how stunning the facility is), but their catering was fantastic—everyone raved about the delicious food. When we unexpectedly had more guests than anticipated, Sam and the team handled it flawlessly. They set up an extra table on the spot and ensured there was more food ready without missing a beat. It was completely seamless! On a day when we were already overwhelmed by emotions and details, La Vera made everything so much easier. My husband and I were married at Laplace in September 2020. It was perfect! They have bridal suites for getting ready and a few different options for ceremony and receptions depending on your style. I loved how easy everything was. We didn't have to worry about anything at all. The set up was done for us. The clean up was done for us. We were able to pick and choose colors, decor, lighting, etc. The food was amazing! It was hot and fresh which is different than other weddings I've attended. For a stress free wedding or any event, this is definitely the place to go!

It’s a hidden gem in Brecksville. Catering By Verba’s was on point with all of our needs. Food and atmosphere was fantastic. Loved the outdoor patio to get away from the hustle and bustle! St. Joe’s has a winner on their hands! Go and see this place. They will not disappoint!

Greystone was perfect! We could not have picked a better venue for our wedding! The facility was gorgeous and we loved having our ceremony and reception in the same building to help minimize travel for our guests. More importantly, the people who work there are truly the best. Our first meeting was supposed to be a quick tour but the ladies spent hours with us going over details and questions even before we committed to booking. Their patience and friendly demeanors really helped during the stressful planning process. They were super easy to communicate with and got back to us in record time. Their in-house building ambassador made organization a breeze. The servers the day off blew us away with their kindness and consideration. They even made sure two servers were dedicated to the bride and groom to ensure that we actually ate and kept hydrated. We truly cannot recommend Greystone more!!!

I cannot give this venue enough praise! We had the most incredible experience at The Madison for our wedding. From start to finish, it exceeded our expectations in every way and I only have Daryl and Anthony to thank for that. The space is absolutely stunning. I loved that it is a blank slate and that we could decorate it how we wanted. The creative freedom was important to me. Daryl and Anthony are exceptional! They were super understanding when we needed to reschedule and were super easy and fun to work with. Hale Farm and Village was everything I could have dreamed of for our special day and more. The beautiful site was unique and every guest raved over the location. Even with the rain, it was stunning. Our wedding was on 9/28/24 so the property was open to the public during the day, but not very busy. We used the east side of the property and it was beyond picture perfect. The pavilion set the most perfect vibes for our reception, and the area behind the Herrick House was a dream come true for our ceremony. My husband and I did a first look and private vows in front of the yellow house, and were able to take photos on the entire property. It was MAGICAL to say the least. But this review is mostly for the AMAZING Miss Dotty. About two months before my wedding, I was notified that the person I had been in contact with and had been planning with was no longer with HF. Obviously, I was stressed and nervous to say the least. But once Dotty was brought on, and after one meeting with her my fears subsided. This amazing person did EVERYTHING in her power to help me achieve the wedding of my dreams. She came up with solutions to any issues, she offered ideas and thoughts for any question I had. This woman worked her butt off the day of my wedding!! With the change in staffing, and promises made from the prior, Dotty went above and beyond to make things happen. She also had a second wedding on the west side of the property the same day, and Dotty seemed to always be around when I needed something. When my ceremony was 45 minutes late... no fault of HF or Dotty (family drama)... and I was on the verge of a breakdown, Dotty came over to me and asked "you want to hear a funny story?" and continued to tell me something funny to distract me, and make me laugh. She made sure I wasn't too shiny from the stress sweat, and helped get things back on track. At one point she had the help of a young man named Alex (I hope that's right) who was just as kind and helpful as she was. Both helped with set up, and tear down. Alex helped fluff my dress before I walked at the ceremony as Dotty was closing and opening the entrance doors for me. They both seemed to make sure that everything could go as best as it could. I know for a fact this day would not have happened, and would not have been as amazing as it was, if not for Dotty. She is a superhero. Hale Farm and Village was truly a dream come true venue for us and our special day. But Dotty was a rock star and I am forever grateful for her, her hard work, and her kindness from the moment I met her. Thank you!!!

We stumbled upon the Crowne Plaza Cleveland at Playhouse Square after having to find a new venue for our September 2020 reception in January - and I am so glad that we did! From day one, Daneel, Gayle and the staff at the Crowne Plaza Cleveland at Playhouse Square have been nothing but courteous, professional and so helpful. Daneel was always quick to respond to our seemingly never-ending list of questions. On our wedding day, Daneel was very present and checked in on us to make sure that we had everything that we needed. The setup of the reception was beautiful - Daneel and her staff took my unorganized list of ideas and signs and organized them so that everything was PERFECT for our reception. Our food was AMAZING (special shout out to chef!!) and all of our guests were raving about ALL of the options (salmon, steak and vegan ravioli). Daneel had champagne and orange juice brought up to the bridal suite while the girls were getting ready (which is MASSIVE and boasts gorgeous views of downtown) as well as a bottle of champagne, chocolate covered strawberries and a gift waiting for us once the night was ending. It is very clear that Daneel takes pride in her profession and I am so glad that her and the entire staff at the Crowne Plaza were able to play such a pivotal role in ensuring that our reception was flawless! All of our guests had so much fun and everyone had glowing reviews of the staff, food and venue. We ended up having our reception at the Crowne Plaza by chance and it truly turned out to be the biggest blessing in disguise. If you're thinking about booking at the Crowne Plaza Cleveland at Playhouse Square - stop thinking and DO IT! You will not regret it!

We traveled to Las Vegas to get married. We knew we wanted to celebrate with family and friends upon our return home. We wanted it to be a party to remember, with a live band and great food, so we spent a lot of time scouting out possibilites. I wish we would have met up with the team at Music Box first! Right away, we knew it was a win. Not only is the venue GORGEOUS (we had our reception on the lower level in the Supper Club - PERFECT), but it had the capability to provide professional live music, insanely delicious food that our guests were raving about for days afterwards, and the best customer service I could have asked for from the team. And to top it off, they worked with our budget to ensure we could have an amazing event without breaking the bank. Specifically, our coordinator, Marissa, and our server, Christina, went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time of our lives. Our reception was a bit unconventional, but they went with our ideas and made them even better than we could have imagined. The night was so amazing that our guests told us we should have a party just like our reception every five years. I can't recommend Music Box Supper Club any more for your event, I promise it will be a night to remember!!!

Five fun facts about the Lake Erie Building: 1. We were originally built to be Templar Motors back in 1917. There were less than 3,000 of these cars ever manufactured and if you look carefully, you may even be able to spot one while in the event space! 2. Omni Lakewood purchased the building in 2005 and now manages the building, which has been divided into individual suites that are home to over 100 businesses. 3. The west parking lot where our dock is located used to be a test track for Templar Motors. 4. They work closely with others vendors and provide so many goods and services to accessorize your day. The Lake Erie building is so pretty that it makes decorating a breeze, and the aesthetic is your photographer’s dream. I don’t know why you’d get married anywhere else in Cleveland!

The Aviator is a beautiful and modern venue, perfect for our dream wedding of 300 guests. The Aviator staff are highly professional and considerate. We worked with Jen Seidel, operations manager, for an entire year to help our wedding vision come to reality. She was easy to work with, always available, and happy to walk us through any detail, no matter how small. Her calm demeanor was essential while planning a significant day! Positively, The Aviator does all the wedding set-up and the cleaning after the reception, which was one of our top priorities when looking for a venue. They also allowed us time the day before for the bridal party to practice their entrances. The food was absolutely delicious. All guests, including those with meal accommodation changes, were served dinner quickly, and we got a lot of compliments on the food. The drinks were incredible, and the bar service was remarkable. We had an open bar. I can’t repeat enough that the service was exceptional! Everyone at the Aviator was professional, accommodating, easy to work with, and excellent at their jobs. We had so many children at our wedding; all the staff members were patient, mindfull, and helpful. After our wedding, we had guests contact us to communicate how impressed they were with the overall service of the Aviator staff, especially the servers and bartenders! Finally, our wedding wouldn’t have come together without the hard work of the Event Management Team, especially Roula Elias, Aviator Event Manager, whom we worked closely with the day before and the day of the wedding. The barn, originally built in 1869, became the foundation for a Ski Lodge, but would ultimately become the event center that it is today. Skyview was the perfect venue for our wedding! We loved that we could bring our own catering and that the alcohol was provided. The bar packages are awesome. Jordan and Donna were so helpful from the beginning. Easy to work with, kind and very communicative whenever I had questions. The venue itself is beautiful, we got so many compliments on the ceremony space and we did very minimal decoration.

The staff at Galaxy did a great job working with us to customize our booking for our small wedding. We booked the Wine Cellar which was the perfect size for a small, intimate reception and we still had plenty of room to add bar service. Our bartender was fantastic and really added to the fun of our event, and the other staff were super attentive and great to work with as well. The food was fantastic and our guests really enjoyed the whole evening.
