WE OFFER A CLASSIC, VERSATILE, INCLUSIVE, AFFORDABLE, and LOW STRESS VENUE. My husband David and I have taken into account every detail you would need on your wedding weekend, from the Friday set up and rehearsal, to the Saturday preparations and photos, to the ceremony, reception, and after party! Our overnight accommodations of two suites inside the venue along with stand alone separate groom's and bride's houses, make the weekend even easier! We even include a relaxed Sunday morning check out if needed. All is set up by us and ready for you on Friday when you check in so that you may remain on-site, stress free, focusing solely on loved ones and the special commitment you are about to make to one another, and not on running back and forth from place to place. Lynn, my love since I was 13 years old, and I started thinking about building a venue on the family ground back in 2016. He started clearing out trees and our vision began. After a lot of life altering events, I decided to continue what we started. With the help of close friends and family, we completed Lynn’s Landing in late 2019. We still have lots of garden dreams to complete, and I know we will always add and change as time goes on. As a photographer, I’m always looking for beautiful gardens to take portraits in. Now I have my own. I will expand and fill over several acres in time. 409 South Main is in the heart of the historic arts district, close to the National Civil Rights Museum. The venue is on the renovated third floor of 409 South Main, which has wonderful views of downtown Memphis. We have the original hardwood floors, exposed bricks and beams. There is a men's lounge, a women's lounge with a make-up bar and a private lounge. The venue holds 300 guests (220-250 if you want everyone seated) with room for food and dancing.

Collage Dance’s founders established the professional dance company in New York City in 2006 in response to the ballet industry’s lack of racial diversity on stage. In 2009, after moving to Memphis, Tennessee, Collage opened its dance conservatory to expand access to classical training to communities of color and prepare them for collegial and professional dance appointments. Collage’s professional dancers serve as role models and cultural ambassadors for the city of Memphis while Collage’s conservatory programs provide a multitude of ways for our community to engage with the fine arts.

The home was a residence until 1979, when it was renovated as offices for a local company. In 1991, the Junior League of Memphis purchased the property, which is now on the National Register of Historic Places.
