We got married here on May 3, 2024 and our wedding at The Palms was a DREAM! The venue itself is STUNNING and doesn't require you to spend much time or money on decorating. The beautiful tropical plants and flowers that are already at the venue truly speak for themselves! As a result of this, we didn't need to spend much money on flowers or decor for the reception. Our ceremony was on the beach, which, again, was stunning! Our cocktail hour was at the gazebo area, which has a beautiful, flower covered gazebo that is perfect for photos. Our seated dinner and dancing was at the Grand Tiki Hut, which once again, had a beautiful, tropical ambiance. Our guests absolutely loved the venue and we could not have been happier with how it turned out. It truly was a dream. The on-site wedding coordinator, Vanessa Ortiz, was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was there for us every step of the way and on our actual wedding day, helped us with unexpected things (like helping my fiance unbutton the 30 buttons on my dress so I could do an outfit change for the dancing, haha). She is warm, kind and amazing at her job. Vanessa took great care with all of the decor we brought and set up everything to our exact instructions. We also worked with her colleague, Barbara, for our wedding tasting. She was equally as kind and wonderful! Speaking of the tasting, The Palms has a restaurant on-site called Essensia, which was the caterer for all of the food (aside from the cake). Let me tell you, my husband and I are foodies and we both agreed that the food was absolutely delicious! I cannot rave about this venue enough! Overall, it was a perfect experience and we were able to have our dream wedding! Do yourself a favor and have your wedding here! :)

Farm. So many guests told us they LOVED the property and thought it was so beautiful. We’re so glad we chose this venue and highly recommend it to others. We felt a good energy and quality service from our first visit with Carol. I’d like to especially say that our Cinco Farm attendant (I believe her name was Dolly) was so sweet and helpful. She made the experience the day of very relaxing and ensured our wedding coordinator and our wedding party had everything we needed. Features we really liked were getting the whole property for just our wedding that day! Getting ready in the beautiful house on the property. The fact that the house got locked during the wedding so all our belongings were kept safe. All the spaces were very clean and the house was the perfect place to get ready for the wedding. It was also fantastic having a venue that included decor, tables, and more. It saved a lot of stress!!! (There are enough logistics to worry about that this was a huge PRO for us). And of course... the property is gorgeous. Kept in top shape and every staff member gives great care to couples and with such PEACE!!!! My recommendation is to choose vendors that make you more calm, not more nervous. :) Our photos won’t be received from the photographer for 10 weeks, but I can't wait to send a few to the venue when they're done! I think it will be especially nice to show how our wedding reception worked in the barn area since that is not as common of a choice compared with the beautiful pavilion. We loved it though because we were going for a totally open look. Everyone said it felt like we were in Europe somewhere. Very dreamy! HIGHLY RECOMMED THIS PLACE! So happy we chose them!

Having our wedding at Deering Estate was a dream come true. The view is indescribable. On our first time visiting, we knew this was the place for us. Christina gave us our initial tour and helped us throughout the entire process. She was a pleasure to work with! Especially since it was a destination wedding for us, it was a comfort being left in good hands. Overall, communication with Christina was amazing, but there was a lapse between what we were told by Christina and the security on the day of our wedding. Security tried to lock us out of a room we paid for, as well as the room where our wedding party was meant to keep all of our personal belongings. My husband and wedding planner got everything straightened out when they were eventually able to get in contact with Christina (for some reason, it was harder to reach her that day). Although, that situation definitely put a damper on our special day; all in all, we’d do it again! Deering allows you to bring outside caterers and services to their beautiful location, so we truly got everything we wanted. It was a blessing of a day and better than any wedding I could’ve dreamt for myself. 10/10 would recommend this location for ANY event. (Just ensure you have adequate bug spray and extra lights around your set up for when it gets dark, as the property does not provide any!)

Before I get to talking about the venue I need to mention how wonderful Marla and Christian are. They were attentive from the beginning to the end of the entire process. We probably sent a million questions through email and we got a response right away every-time! They are such cool People that I even begged them to come party with us! We got soo many compliments about the venue. Everyone loved the ceremony area. We had about 100 people and there was plenty of room in the barn area. We had dinner inside the barn and partied outside. I love all the greenery and bistro lights. I highly recommend booking Estrella Estates as your wedding venue or for your next event! Thank you for making one of the most important moments in my life the most memorable!

This place perfectly suited our style and our large guest count. As I was planning this very personal event, I was often reminded by penny-pinching vendors that it was really just a business transaction for them, but not with Lucy. Some bonuses were added to the space from when we originally booked, and she didn't try charging extra for those as my event was approaching. She truly cares about your event and wants to ensure it's special. She worked very well with my planner and all the other vendors we had to bring into her space on the wedding day. Her professionalism, reassurance, and vision were a big part of our planning process and final day, and we are forever grateful!

The amount of amazing things I can say about spur of the moment will exceed the limit of this review. I would first like to start off by saying how amazing the staff is. Everyone from the owners, Frank and Laura, to chef Ida, to Jessica and her assistant the coordinators, and eddy the DJ were just absolutely phenomenal. I never thought I would be a stressed out bride but I was, and everyone made it so easy and relaxed I felt like no stress ever happened leading up to this day. Not only did they arrange everything beautifully they made our vision of a Viking themed wedding into a reality. From the decor to the music they nailed it. I cannot thank everyone at spur of the moment enough. They became family at the end of the day and I highly, highly recommend them to any new bride and groom getting married. Jessica was always one step ahead and made us feel like VIP celebrities, from bringing us food to drinks to making everything run so smoothly. Eddy was the best DJ anyone could ask for. We threw him a lot of curve balls and he made it all happen without a hitch. Chef Ida’s food was out of this world. Most people don’t talk about the food at the wedding and everyone told us how amazing it was. Thank you everyone, I couldn’t have done this without any of you.
