The entire staff at Bear Creek made our day stress free and so special! They were so accommodating and made sure everything went so smoothly. Even with torrential rain, they transitioned everything indoors so seamlessly but our ceremony was still so beautiful and cozy. The price was a little higher than a DIY venue, but it includes amazing service and attention to detail, an event coordinator to keep things running smoothly, and extras. There were 3 weddings going on at our same wedding time and we wouldn’t have had any idea. Would definitely recommend!

It is hard to pick what to highlight about this absolutely fantastic venue, because everything from start to finish was incredible. From the venue tour, to the planning process, to the tastings and finally our big day, the Park Chateau staff was absolutely incredible. We were overwhelmed by the professionalism of each and every member of their team, as well as the over the top attention to detail and presentation. Our guests continue to rave about their experience which was a huge priority for my husband and I. Cannot recommend enough, and are extremely thankful for the help from Devon, Kayla & Benjamin who served as our direct points of contact at the venue and were wonderful to work with! I don’t even know where to begin to explain how absolutely amazing the Grand was for the best night of our lives. We attended a wedding for close friends here two years ago, immediately fell in love with the Grand and knew this was where we wanted to get married. Fast forward to our engagement; from the moment we first reached out, our Maitre D Sal and his team were always professional, extremely friendly, and timely in all of their communications, providing us with accurate information every step of the way. The quality of their work was simply beautiful - the venue itself was clean, modern, and elegantly appointed, creating the perfect backdrop for our special day. Sal, Manny, Evelina and the entire team at The Grand went above and beyond to ensure our wedding ran smoothly, and our guests have been raving for days about the massive cocktail hour, the exceptional quality of the food, and the stunning ballroom and all other facilities. We have had a bunch of friends and family reach out to tell us that this was the best wedding they have ever been to. The attention to detail is simply unmatched. We have been to at least 20 weddings and cannot compare the Grand to anything else in the tri-state area. We really could not have asked for a better venue to celebrate our marriage. We HIGHLY recommend the Grand and we cannot wait to go back as guests again.

I recently hosted my wedding at The Skylands Manor and was absolutely blown away. From the moment of arrival, the level of care we received from the staff was warming. Maitre'd Linda went above and beyond to create the most seamless day possible. From the cocktail hour to the dinner reception, the food was absolutely DELISH! If you have the opportunity take advantage of the fresh mozzarella station. Beautiful presentation and unique fresh pulled mozzarella. I highly recommend Frungillo Hospitality Group as a catering vendor. There are not enough kind words and warm thanks I would give them!

Dreams really do come true at the Tides!The best thing you can do is book your wedding there. From the day we booked and leading up to our big day Michael was very forthcoming and helpful. He was very responsive, followed up on all my questions and made sure we felt supported. The venue itself looks out of a fairytale. They are in a rural location so the greenery as you drive up is beautiful. The inside looks akin to a palace with many rooms and a beautiful lobby.  You don't even have to decorate too much because the place itself is so elegant and classy. The garden is soooo breathtaking. They have 2 ceremony spaces outside, beautiful flowers and greenery. Plus it's so big! You get a lot of bang for your buck. I didn't hire a day of coordinator and I basically planned everything myself with the bridal party, but the Maitre D and venue staff were very instrumental in making sure our event ran smoothly. I was super nervous thinking about the day of. I planned everything out but couldn't leave my seat because hello, I'm the bride lol. I was getting ready all morning.  But thanks to our Maitre D Alberto, the event flower perfectly. He kept us on time. Helped get the bridal party together. He literally went above and beyond. It's so incredible just thinking back to it. I know some venues are hands off. But the staff was just so dedicated to making our every request happen if possible. Thanks to Alberto, our wedding day went by beautifully without any hitch or drama. It's unbelievable because I heard there is always some kind of issue the day of. We paid for a 6am opening so me and my bridesmaids could get ready at the venue. Michael set up a wonderful breakfast in the bridal suite it was like being home! We were so comfortable and we're ready on time for our 11am start. Truly wonderful. We had the small bridal suite so to our small party but it was super nice and a great set up for getting ready! The food and the drinks were to die for. First of all, the cocktail hour was loaded with so much food! Not only do they include a variety of delicious hor'devours. You get to choose from from different entrees and stations. The guest are still raving about it a month later! Everything was excellent. From the presentation to the quality of the meals, it was the best wedding food I've ever had. When the reception came all the guests were too stuffed for their reception entrees! My cake came from David's Custom Cakes, their partner. I got the dulce de leche filling and let me tell you it was so rich! I'm definitely coming back the next time I need a cake! Honestly I am a happy bride. I have no regrets, in fact it was even better than I imagined! Don't hesitate to book them, you will not regret it!

If you’re looking for a stress free wedding, look no further. I can rave about our wedding forever, our event planner Alessandra Moss helped us every step of the way. Our guests enjoyed the heavenly cocktail hour and were impressed with the professionalism of the staff. Day of coordinator Jennifer was attentive and took care of all my bridal needs. We highly recommend booking Nicotras Ballroom at the Hilton Garden Inn for your wedding venue, we had a lot of guests traveling and it was easy for our guests to stay in the hotel. We shared our first look on the beautiful property, there are endless options for photo ops. We were able to take many photos and video inside and outside the venue. The ceremony took place outside on the Gazebo, it was absolutely stunning, the weather was perfect. Alessandra met with us regularly in person and was easily accessible via email. She walked us through the wedding planning and guided us on the next steps of the process. It was a great relief that the venue took care of a lot of the details, and we used one of their vendors Red Carpet Events for decor/flowers and they were fantastic.

As every bride reading this review will know, planning a wedding isn't easy. You start your planning process reading every vendor review and eventually find things you like and feel convinced these people are going to make your day easier, and perfect but that feeling doesn't always hold out throughout the entire planning process. With Normandy Farms, however, that couldn't have been further from truth. From our first visit to the day of our event, Normandy carried themselves professionally, communicated effectively, and ultimately gave us everything we asked and paid for. To this day, we still received compliments fro our guests on everything from the bartenders (s/o Julian) to the food and event staff who made the day perfect. Thef ood was excellent and the buffet stations offered really catered to our casual but elegant event. The venue worked spectacularly with all our outside vendors and not a single glitch was to be accounted for. The only feedback I provided Normandy Farms regarded a miscommunication about the fabric draping options they provided , but ultimately, for the right price, my vision was carried out to perfection. The second piece of feedback was regarding the billing technology offered. It's 2023, there should be a way to make the venue payments online, not solely via check in person. Having the hotel onsite was an immeasurable bonus and really added to the ease of the day. Our guests still rave about the breakfast buffet the day after.

Our coordinator Erin answered every question we had and assisted us with everything we asked, and Kristen, the bridal attendant, was extremely friendly and helpful in meeting our every need. We don't have a single complaint, as the team at The Hamilton Manor treated us so well and ensured all of our needs were attended to. The owner, Andre, was even present and took great care of us. We are so grateful to have celebrated our wedding at this wonderful venue.

If you are looking for a perfect wedding venue, look no further, Felina is it! From the moment that my fiancé and I toured the venue we knew that we had to have our wedding there. Carissa was the absolute best. Every single question that we asked, she had an answer to. She was extremely responsive and in the days leading up to the wedding and on the wedding day she and her team made our day memorable. We are weeks out from our wedding and our guests are still raving about how good the food, drinks, and service was at Felina. The venue is gorgeous with the vault and floating chandelier. There are so many good spots to take gorgeous pictures. There are 2 bars and the drinks kept flowing! If you are worried about the ceremony and reception being in the same place, don’t stress! They flipped the room in 42 min flat and as our guests were eating and drinking on the mezzanine during cocktail hour. Our guests didn’t even notice the room flip. It was also nice that on the day of our wedding the Felina rooftop was open to the public. So after the reception our guests could go to the roof to buy their own drinks and enjoy the view of Ridgewood. I couldn’t be more happy with picking Felina to have our ceremony and reception and if I had to, I’d pick them 100 more times. Thank you for making our wedding day so special for me, my husband, our families and friends!

My husband and I were married at Settlers Inn this October and could not have picked a better venue! The ceremony and reception were held in the undercroft room, which is a beautifully decorated room with a cozy fireplace for guests to enjoy. Our wedding planner, Tammy was amazing and was available for last minute planning calls and quickly responded to emails. The staff at Settlers are very friendly and accommodating. Our guests were very impressed! We could not recommend Settlers more!

From the moment we first visited Biagio's and The Terrace, we were both so impressed by the reception room as well as Athena, who happened to show us around the property. Athena also filled us in on all the details regarding a wedding there. She was nothing but attentive, responsive, and easy-to-work-with during the entire process. The venue itself exceeded our expectations - the huge dance floor, 2 full bars inside the main ballroom and the rooftop cocktail hour were all key in bringing the party together! The food is top notch, which was our absolute number 1 priority. Everything went so smoothly, from scheduling our first visit, to picking up the leftover cake and other items we left behind after the wedding. You can tell this is a family-run business, as each and every person we interacted with was so helpful and genuine. They clearly take a lot of pride in making couples' wedding days truly special. Gabe and the entire crew at HH knocked it out of the park. The entire day went flawlessly, they worked seamlessly with our vendors, set up the rooms better than I could have ever imagined. Not to mention the space itself/location is GORGEOUS….but funny enough, we booked the space for the insane views of NYC, but happened to get the foggiest day of December - it. Did. Not. Matter. !!! Hudson House KILLED IT and made our day beautiful, stunning, and perfect start to finish. Our guests are raving about the time they had.

We absolutely loved our wedding venue! Our guests couldn't stop complimenting the space, and everything about the venue itself was perfect for our big day. The staff was generally great, and the venue itself exceeded our expectations. However, there were a couple of things that caught us off guard. First, when we went to drop off our decorations the day before the wedding, we were surprised to find large, dramatic Christmas decorations still in the foyer—something we were never informed would be there. Thankfully, the team worked with us to remove them, and by the morning of the wedding, everything was taken care of, which we really appreciated. Second, we were disappointed to find that the venue ran out of rum for our signature drink. We had clearly communicated that rum was a major ingredient, yet they only had two bottles for the entire night, which was nowhere near enough. It seemed like they completely forgot that rum was a key part of our signature cocktail, and it was frustrating to see our guests unable to enjoy it as planned. Lastly, after the wedding, we heard some concerning stories about the way the venue manager and team interacted with our vendors, particularly our wedding planner. Apparently, voices were raised, and things got very heated, with fingers being pointed at faces. It was heartbreaking to hear this, especially because it was completely at odds with the otherwise wonderful experience we had. It felt very unprofessional and left a bad taste in my mouth. Overall, the venue itself was stunning, and the event went off beautifully, but these issues were frustrating and disappointing, especially when considering how much we loved everything else. If you decide to book here, just make sure to keep a close eye on the details and be aware of how the team handles interactions with vendors.

I don’t even know where to start. My daughter and her fiancé were determined to have their wedding at a zoo. After reviewing several possibilities they chose the Elmwood Park Zoo, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. If you choose to get married at a zoo, animal interaction is one of the top priorities and the Elmwood Park zoo did not disappoint. We chose to include the giraffe feeding for all of our guests along with six different animal encounters throughout the evening. The guest were thrilled. The zoo also offered a variety of different locations for the ceremony and the cocktail hour which was nice to have options. We then chose the Canyon Garden for the reception which was lovely. They recently added a bridal suite which was a nice bonus. The only downside is that there is no adjoining bathroom and outside food was not allowed when the bridal party was getting ready. Perhaps at some point in the future, they will offer a light snack menu. The zoo also offers an extensive menu for both the cocktail hour and the reception. The food was very good and the caterers accommodated our requests for special dietary needs. I have to say we were very high maintenance. We had a specific design vision with many moving parts . In addition, my daughter added several specialized elements to the evening… A peanut butter and jelly unity ceremony , a memory bouquets for loved ones no longer with us and their 2 large dogs participating in the ceremony to name a few! In many ways we pushed the envelop and the zoo met every challenge. We did decide to hire a Day of Coordinator (Lauren from IDoInvites was phenomenal), but the the star of the zoo was Becky Bell who is their Event Manager. I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful she is. Her attention to detail was incredible. She made everything look easy.. and trust me it wasn’t! We had a lot going on ! She always had a smile and never got ruffled no matter what issue or change we requested. She is a true professional, and I attribute her to making the evening a success. As I mentioned we also hired Lauren from IDoInvites as our coordinator and she and Becky were in total sync. What a dynamic duo these two were. I would highly recommend the Elmwood Park Zoo for any upcoming event.

We had a wonderful experience with Liberty House as our wedding venue. The view sells itself, but the staff really makes the difference. They were attentive not only to us as a couple, but also to our guests. We were lucky enough to have an amazing team. If you book with Liberty House, make sure to ask for Casey as your coordinator and Jackie as your bridal assistant day of. On a side note, if you plan to provide transportation to your guests, check with LH first. The lot did not allow buses and the park is strict about parking and idling outside the designated parking areas.
