Pocono Palms is a wedding and event venue located in Canadensis, PA, owned by two sisters. A former church, originally built in 1912, Pocono Palms is currently nearing the end of extensive renovations that began in the summer of 2019. Pocono Palms combines the rustic charm of the Pocono Mountains with lush greenery and modern lines, to create a memorable and unique oasis for couples looking for something different. The venue features a large outdoor garden, ceremony site and altar, and cocktail area. Our historic house was built and finished in 1774 and was the home of New Jersey's first elected Governor William Livingston. Throughout time the house was purchased to the Kean family where they resided until the last resident passed away in 1995. Our 23 acres grounds are full of beautiful gardens. You may chose to get married in our gardens which can be found throughout the whole property. Guests will love exploring and walking around the grounds during some off periods of the event. A first floor house tour is also an option so you and your guests get to see the beauty of Liberty Hall Museum.

Archaeologist, anthropologist, ceramist, scholar and antiquarian, Mercer built Fonthill both as his home and as a showplace for his collection of tiles and prints. The first of three Mercer buildings in Doylestown, Fonthill served as a showplace for Mercer’s famed Moravian tiles. Designed by Mercer, the building is an eclectic mix of Medieval, Gothic, and Byzantine architectural styles. Your guests will be amazed when they enter the tree-lined grounds and visit this amazing castle.

Our historic Doylestown property is the perfect backdrop to assure your next event goes down in the history books! The beautiful Elkins Gallery, can be booked for intimate gatherings or large groups up to 150 people. A vintage baby grand piano and two fireplaces with mantels flank the intimate space. An adjoining Garden Patio Tent can be included in your rental, offering a beautiful outdoor garden space for a reception, cocktail party, shower, birthday party… or more! Completed in 1796, the mansion features fifteen foot ceilings and bright spacious rooms in addition to a 2 acre formal garden and the ambiance of the surrounding estate.
