The HarMac Event Space resides in the historic Harper & McIntire building in downtown Cedar Rapids, Iowa. ​Completed in 1922, the building was originally a warehouse and shipping facility for Harper & McIntire's industrial hardware. The company also procured their own line of hand-crafted tools, coined "HarMac" - thus, our shared name. In 2015, the property was purchased and restored to reflect its original industrial character and charm. The HarMac has been meticulously designed to showcase it's industrial roots and stunning proportions. The flexibility of this distinctive venue allows guests to enjoy it year-round, for many different uses, including weddings, private events, corporate functions, and more.

Located in the iconic Smulekoff's building in downtown Cedar Rapids, Eastbank is unlike any other urban venue throughout Eastern Iowa. This space uniquely integrates a modern sophistication while taking full advantage of the timeless classic elements only found in historical preservation. Our beautiful historical building is located in the Millwork Historical District in Dubuque, Ia. We are the oldest city in the State of Iowa. We offer two different ballrooms. Our smaller one, the Junior, holds up to 175 for a ceremony & 125 for a reception. Our Grand Ballroom holds up to 450 guests. We have shopping, bars, restaurants, an arcade, a courtyard with a megatron tv and a Comedy Bar. There are lots to do in and outside of our building in our district. Our catering in done inhouse, by our celebrity trained Chef. Once you see inside our doors, you will see what the fuss is all about. We offer ample parking and we are handicap accessible. The Bend Event Center is a state-of-the-art facility located at The Bend, on the Mighty Mississippi River, next to the Hyatt Place | Hyatt House Quad Cities, The Rust Belt and many other local attractions. Floor to ceiling glass windows allow for natural light and views of River Bend Park and The Bend property. The Bend Event Center features 4,400 square feet of versatile venue space and can be configured to accommodate small or large groups of up to 300 guests.
