The Barn at Coal Creek is located in Northeastern Oklahoma and sits on 25 acres of farmland and can accommodate up to 200 guests. It's set off of Highway 69 on the outskirts of Wagoner, Oklahoma, heading south toward Muskogee. There are two on-site suites, as well as hotel accommodations less than 10 minutes away. With a full kitchen and bar area, we can meet every need for a variety of events. It's a peaceful spot, but not too far from the city. Our quaint chapel in the woods will surprise and delight all your guests as they walk through the doors and are met with 8 sparkling chandeliers, finished log walls peppered with massive windows, and a baby grand piano. Step outside and stroll down a winding stone path to our reception barn whose wall of french doors lead onto an covered open-air porch overlooking a fully stocked 1/2 acre pond. Next door you'll find a 3,400 sq ft Farmhouse able to host overnight guests, rehearsal dinners, and includes dressing and lounge areas created with the bride and groom in mind! The Farmhouse also has a spacious prep kitchen any caterer will love. Also on the property is a luxuriously finished Lodge able to accommodate even more overnight guests! Our lodge features a saltwater pool and 5 person hot-tub overlooking that beautiful 1/2 acre pond! All of the buildings on the T-Rise Ranch are fully air conditioned and heated.
