A former Pabst Blue Ribbon distribution warehouse has been transformed into Watermark Solarium, showcasing barrel-aged beer and private events / weddings. Our venue was designed around the goal of helping our clients host the "best party of their entire lives".

The star venue of the St. Joe Farm destination is the stunning Event Barn. Dine and dance under the chandeliers and twinkling lights in air-conditioned comfort. Finish the night on the large decks or under a starlit sky and cherish a lifetime of beautiful memories. The St. Joe Farm has the capacity for up to 325 guests in the Event Barn, however there are multiple spaces available.

Welcome to The Beiger Mansion, Mishawaka's premiere event facility and bed and breakfast. The mansion, which is now listed on the National Register of Historic Places, was originally built as the palatial home of Martin and Susie Beiger, the founders of Ball Band. Though Martin never had the privilege of living in the home, Susie did and enjoyed nearly 20 years of lavish living and entertaining. Today we carry on this tradition of entertaining as the opulence of the home provides the perfect setting for any event. Chicory Event Center is a new renovated event space in downtown Mishawaka. It features a main banquet room with seating up to 250, a private dining room with seating up to 25, and a Chicory Cafe with an beautiful outside patio. The main banquet room features a beautiful bar with barn doors, coffee bar, dance floor, and a chandelier. This room is perfect for your wedding reception, class reunion, birthday party, sweet sixteen party, retirement party, business conference, or networking event. Tables, chairs, table linen, chinaware, table center pieces, set up, and clean up are all included in room rental. Our private dining room features numerous table layouts, 70 inch television, A/V equipment, and available table service. The LEX 530 building was once the home of Pacemaker Trailer Co., one of the earliest RV companies in Elkhart. In the fall of 2018 owners Carl and Emilie Tiedemann took part of the building to create LEX 530. Our couples can count on our event director for dedication to making every event picture perfect. Our executive chef brings his incredible palate and creativity to everything he touches utilizing a licensed commercial kitchen to create anything from the perfect breakfast to an 5-course dinner using only the freshest ingredients around. LEX 530 specializes in offering unique boutique wines that our couples will not find any other place in Indiana. Carl makes his own line of boutique wines in Napa Valley and brings that wine back to Elkhart to sell at LEX 530. Matterhorn is a highly versatile venue suitable for both large-scale and intimate celebrations. The space is a timeless blend of charm and modern amenities. Established in 1977, Matterhorn has become one of Elkhart’s most treasured and long-standing venues. The expansive building features three separate banquet halls, all of which can be combined to accommodate larger gatherings. The East Room is the venue’s smallest space and provides a cozy setting for up to 80 people. The helpful staff can easily join the East, Oak, and West Rooms into a combination that best suits the desired needs and capacity. Linking all three rooms allows for a large dance floor and gives 500 guests ample room to mix and mingle.

The Hall at Saint Peter's is a charming church and banquet hall wedding venue located in South Bend, IN. From its historical beginnings as a stoic munitions depot, The Armory experienced a beautiful transformation to showcase a sophisticated ballroom, classy built-in bar and impressive commercial kitchen. Original element of the 1928 Armory construction and subsequent Newman Recreations Center were incorporated into the even space renovation to provide the perfect blend of past and present.Iron-barred doors used to secure armers and thick concrete walls reinforced with brick to accommodate the National Guard Armory and shooting range lend a rustic industrial aesthetic. Wood from the recreation center bleachers line the dramatic bar and the orginial hardwood floor was dressed up to grace the ballroom. The vaulted timber ceilings and exposed truss work allow the dazzling period chandeliers an opportunity to lend an air of elegance to the urban decor. Charm abounds in the union of classic architecture with a modern flair.
