“Having Reagan as our wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made in regards to our wedding! I was a bit lost in the beginning of as to what the coordinators role was vs mine, especially since I struggle to delegate normally! Reagan was so helpful and clear into what our next steps should be, and what she would take care of etc. What I was absolutely amazed by was how she did it with such ease. She completely took the stress away which was the most incredible feeling, especially the week of our wedding! Our biggest concern for our wedding week was transportation, especially since about 80% of our guests were flying internationally, and also due to location of wedding not having any Uber's... We had hired on a transportation service who Reagan then managed. Myself and my husband didn't have to worry about it at all, for the whole week! It was amazing and it ran so smoothly thanks to Reagan! On the actual wedding day, Reagan made sure that we were able to just enjoy ourselves, and she did everything behind the scenes (managing the timeline, setting up the reception just to my vision, communicating with other vendors etc.) The whole day, where I had expected to feel stressed and worried about everything, I instead felt SO relaxed. It was the strangest, yet most incredible feeling to just be able to enjoy the day which you've spent a year planning. We will forever be grateful for Reagan's help, and looking back at our wedding day makes us smile so much. It truly was perfect.
