My husband was searching for venues and we came across Kingsville Lodge. The location was perfect, a middle point between our families, out in the country, a breathtaking view, and a place we could have our wedding, reception and lodging in one location. The lodge was everything we dreamed it would be. The inside is gorgeous, the upstairs room was the perfect size and lighting for incredible getting ready photos! The ceremony was even more beautiful than I imagined. The lodge ceremony can be personalized anyway you decide which makes it unique for every couple! Sharyn was absolutely phenomenal through everything. She made sure the landscaper was there the day before we checked in to ensure the property was perfect for our special day and that the shed was full of wood for the fire! Sharyn pays attention to all of the small details so you as the happy couple don't have to. She made everything so easy for us, and the lodge is beautiful. We have gotten SO many compliments about our wedding photos and everyone asks where we got married because it was so beautiful! If you're looking for an intimate location with a breathtaking view making for a unique wedding, I highly recommend booking the Kingsville Lodge!

Tropical Paradise in Geauga County! I kept telling my husband when we were looking into venues, "I want somewhere close to the water that's peaceful and I want it to feel like paradise, but I want to get married not too far from home". Most of our family is from the area, so we wanted somewhere that we didn't have to travel super far either. I had been looking for DAYS and everything was either way too far, way too expensive, ehhh, or just not at all what I was thinking. My husband hopped on Google, and said "Hey, how about this place called Shangri-La?" I looked at the pictures and I was like "Where is this place?!" He said "5 minutes from us". I could NOT believe it! It was GORGEOUS! The pictures are amazing but don't do it justice. I immediately reached out to Pam and Rod who own Shangri-La with interest. They said we could come and look at it that day if we wanted! My husband and I went and fell in LOVE! So so beautiful, and they have clearly spared no expense on making it so elegant, beautiful, convenient, affordable, and just magical. They were so amazing to work with. I knew when we parked and walked down the walkway even only seeing a small area of the location that was it. That was the place we were meant to be married at. Pam and Rod were so unbelievably amazing to work with. So caring, so organized, so attentive. They even offered us to set off fireworks at the end of our wedding (we got married on the 4th of July). It was truly the best day of our lives. I didn't worry about a thing, everything went smoothly, and they were just so great to work with! I will absolutely be returning to Shangri-La in the future as they can accommodate you for any kind of gathering you have in mind! They even went the extra mile; I was in a very bad car accident about 2 weeks after my husband and I got back from our honeymoon. I was in the hospital for a days and had broken my neck and had surgery on my knee that left me re-teaching myself to walk. Somehow, Pam and Rod had found out that I was in a car accident, and they stopped over at our house with the sweetest care package and card. It truly made me cry. They are such sweet and wonderful people. And we had such an amazing visit. Pam and Rod are just such unbelievably genuine people. You just feel like you're "home" when you're at Shangri-La. I cannot say enough about Shangri-La and Pam and Rod <3

My husband I got married at Sun Valley on 10/14/22, and I would highly, highly recommend this venue!! The scenery was absolutely beautiful, the inside was clean and spacious, and all of their staff is wonderful! I felt like everyone I interacted with during the planning process as well as the rehearsal and day of truly cared about making our day perfect. We received many compliments from our friends and family about how beautiful the venue is both inside and outside. I worked with Jennifer throughout the planning process, and she was not only so incredibly sweet and helpful, but she was also super quick at responding to emails and any questions I had whether big or small. Halle and Kendall were both SO sweet and helpful, and the bartender, Bobby (who I believe works for the venue) was absolutely wonderful! I would definitely recommend Sun Valley to any couple looking for a beautiful venue, especially if they want an outdoor ceremony in the fall! Livia and the team at Orchard Hills were professional, dynamic, had amazing input planning wise and were a wealth of knowledge. The time between engagement and our wedding was 10 months and it would have been so much more stressful without Livia. She was my rock and I never felt the need to worry with her in my corner. She's extremely dedicated and organized. The team itself day of is efficient and so, so kind. I loved having my wedding here, due to the staff and how beautiful the grounds are. Plenty of room to get ready for both the bridesmaids and groomsmen. Having our reception hall in the same location as the ceremony made life so easy. And in my opinion, this was so most gorgeous location for an outdoor wedding. I felt like a fairytale princess all day. No regrets at all, I highly recommend at least touring the location and meeting with Livia!

The Madison was God sent! Literally! I was planning this wedding out of state and was super nervous, on top of that I'm not a great planner. Daryl and team made the process so simple and seamless. I couldn't thank this venue more. Even the day of, Daryl and team, continued to check on me to see if I needed anything. I was so grateful! We had our wedding here last week (2.24.24) and I cannot thank the staff enough. I knew when we started wedding planning that I wanted a warehouse vibe and Lake Affect Studios was the first place we actually went to look at and I fell in love. From the beautiful lighting fixtures, the bar, gorgeous wood floors, windows, private wedding party space and the separate ceremony area I knew I wanted to have my wedding and reception here. (Even the bathrooms took my breath away.) I loved that they offered tables and chairs and it allowed me to be creative with my diy vision. Throughout wedding planning, Amanda and Stefanie were so helpful in making my dreams come to life. On actual wedding day everything was absolutely flawless and I was blown away in every possible way. The bartenders were so nice and we got so many compliments on the service and how gorgeous the space was. My husband Noah and I were married at the Yellow House last year. We live in Charlotte, NC but our families are from Erie. I had never heard of the house before, but was tipped off by a relative. The property was recently renovated, and was brand new to the wedding market. I’ve been to my fair share of venues in the Erie area, but this one really stood out. There’s nothing quite like it. The timber frame barn was built in 1905. It is 3,300 square feet and can comfortably seats 200 guests, with plenty of room for dinner and dancing. In 2012-2013, it was renovated to restore its original structure. Wagon wheel chandeliers and a unique bar constructed from French wine barrels and the original barn doors were added. The surrounding farmland offers stunning views and sunsets. We have tables, chairs, white china, flatware, ivory or white linen tablecloths and white napkins, burlap runners, mason jars or water glasses, bridal dressing room, and much more. Faraone Brothers Catering offers wonderful food and service. Alcohol is permitted, with use of certified bartenders and licensed security personnel. The barn is a short drive from multiple hotels and B&B's and it has easy access from I-80, I-79, and PA 376. Pittsburgh is less than an hour away.

Briarwood was a fantastic venue for our wedding! We held our ceremony down at their fireplace, gazebo setup and it was beautiful. Cocktail hour was on and around their patio, which worked out great for our guests while we went and took pictures. Oh and if you happen to get married around sunset there are so many cool spots for your guests to take pictures with the course/sky as a backdrop. Our reception was held in their banquet room, which is lined with windows overlooking the golf course and brings in lots of natural light. The room was set-up beautifully by their event coordinator and their entire staff made sure our wedding day was perfect! Finally their in-house caterer, Sausalito, was simply amazing! All of our guests raved about their food. It really was a special day all around. We'd highly recommend Briarwood for your wedding ceremony and/or reception

The Lake Erie Building

Five fun facts about the Lake Erie Building: 1. We were originally built to be Templar Motors back in 1917. There were less than 3,000 of these cars ever manufactured and if you look carefully, you may even be able to spot one while in the event space! 2. Omni Lakewood purchased the building in 2005 and now manages the building, which has been divided into individual suites that are home to over 100 businesses. 3. The west parking lot where our dock is located used to be a test track for Templar Motors. 4. We host only one event per weekend and give our clients access beginning on Wednesday so they can bring in all their personal touches! We also only require cards and gifts go with them that night and everything else can stay giving you more time to spend with your new spouse! 5. We include a private parking lot and have a huge municipal lot across the street that's available to guests. (If you know of Lakewood, you know parking is a hot commodity)

The Lake Erie building is so pretty that it makes decorating a breeze, and the aesthetic is your photographer’s dream. I don’t know why you’d get married anywhere else in Cleveland!

If you want your wedding day to feel like an absolute dream, while still being intimate and beautiful, you need to book CoLab. We had our ceremony there, and it was perfection from start to finish. Maureen is truly everything—she was with us every step of the way, making sure everything was just right and exactly what we wanted and hoped for. She handled every curveball and question with total grace. The space itself is gorgeous. It's airy while still being moody. There are so many beautiful details around the space that make for a perfect backdrop. The decor adds so much to the space without taking away from your event. CoLab is gorgeous but I truly believe that it’s Maureen that makes it special. She genuinely cares about her clients, and it shows. I felt like I had a close friend there for me as we were waiting for the ceremony to begin, which is exactly what you want and need. Someone in your corner, hyping you up, and bringing the kindest presence to the day. Even if you opt out of her being there for you day-of, know that everything she does behind the scenes before the event is worth the cost and then some. If you want a ceremony spot that feels like a cozy, beautiful home for your big day, this is it. And if you’re on the fence—just do it. You’ll thank me later! (If you're doing ceremony-only at CoLab, I'd recommend that you book the extra lounge space, trust me! We booked both spaces and it made for such a seamless day and gave folks a place to mignle and chat before and after the ceremony!)
