Congratulations on your engagement! We offer 3 different packages. Elopements, Thursday package, Full weekend Rental. Our Full weekend rental is our most popular and is a rental from Friday at noon until Sunday at noon. Yes, we only host one wedding a weekend-it take the stress away! This time can be used however you desire. We are not vendor picky, you pick all of your own vendors. We do require a licensed bartender to serve all alcohol and we also require a one day special event insurance. We have 2 barns, one for the ceremony and the other for receptions. On site bathrooms, dressing rooms, firepit area as well as an outside bar. All tables and chairs are provided as well as wood high back chairs for head table. We also offer many rental items for decoration, centerpieces etc. 120 person capacity. We do require a deposit of $800 to book your date the remainder is structured on a payment plan. The house is available for a “Wedding Week”, checking in on Thursday and checking out on Sunday . This allows time for decorating, organizing, and rehearsal dinner. Enjoy the process without feeling rushed. Relax and enjoy, rather than having your wedding over in the blink of an eye. No travel required. The fully furnished house sleeps 17, with 3 bathrooms, wrap around porch, & hot tub. Additional accommodations include 2 motel style rooms, a suite that sleeps 4, & a small campground.
