After working in the food industry for years, I got fed up with the low quality of food and service that was being offered in the west Michigan area. I wanted to be able to provide creative and unique foods that are locally sourced and created from fresh ingredients from local farms and business. The way that we are able to provide amazing food is we have invested in a mobile kitchen to ensure your food is made to perfection on site, rather than being transported from A to B in hotboxes where quality is lost like most restaurants & caters.

Meet Chesley, the owner/creator of Say Cheese GR. Chesley launched this business on April 18th, 2020 on a whim in the middle of the pandemic after being furloughed from her corporate sales job.
