He made us feel so excited and we trusted him completely! The night was amazing and the dance floor stayed packed all night long. Our guests raved about the music for weeks to follow. He really read the crowd and played music that kept everyone pumped up! Andy Sussman was also a joy to work with as he guided us through pricing and the details, and making sure we got exactly what we wanted! He did our simple videography for the wedding and it was perfect. Both Andy and Sam always responded to emails and questions within 24 hours of us sending them (typically even sooner!!) and both went above and beyond to make our day magical! The dance floor was packed for the entire evening. Lauren and Miguel are a dynamite lead-singing duo, and the instrumentalists are each incredibly talented. Justin was very responsive and easy to connect with leading up to the day, and accommodated all of our requests and needs with ease. They were also very helpful with recommendations based on extensive experience, and even allowed the bride's sister to play their keyboard for the ceremony, which was an over-and-above request they did not have to agree to. “Joe and his team were incredible! All of our guests are STILL talking about how great Joe was - he picked perfect songs that were a hit with our crowd across generations and included some of our all time favorites as well. We gave him a few do not plays and just a couple must plays, but he handled the rest perfectly!! Fine Tune Entertainment has an easy to use planning website, where we were able to edit our timeline and song choices throughout the process - this helped keep everything super organized. Joe was excellent at keeping the schedule moving with speeches, photos and dancing. We also used Fine Tune Entertainment's sister company for the photo booth which was incredibly high quality and a major HIT with our guests. They had the option to get digital copies or take home a printed one! We added 10 up lights to our space as well and Joe perfectly managed color changes to enhance the party vibe. “Business Time didn’t ask us to write a review, but we’re so excited to write one and want everyone considering booking them to know how amazing they are (understatement). They’re not a typical wedding band, and we knew their style and songs were the vibe we wanted. Easily one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We had planned a 200 person wedding but had to pivot to 25 because of COVID. Mark and the guys were the kindest humans alive, accommodating us and being flexible with every phone call and change in plans. They never badgered us about making decisions, were super responsive, and went with the flow. We looked forward to every call with Mark. They made it so easy and it was one less thing for us to stress over during an already emotional year of planning. From the cocktail music to dinner music to the main performance, they were a huge reason the wedding was so fun and memorable. We were able to select the songs we wanted to be played, that we didn't want to be played, etc. We let him pick the music for some parts, but for other parts of the evening, we selected all of our songs. He made the reception so much fun - he really knows how to read the crowd! Very fun DJ! During the planning process, we met twice. He was super punctual and was able to answer all of our questions. Booking was a very easy process and she was very easy to work with and flexible in terms of picking the songs we wanted and the schedule for the day. She also asked all the right questions in preparation and it really made us feel at ease that everything would go well on the big day (e.g. if we needed an amp/mic for the venue). She also checked in the few days leading up to the wedding so we knew she'd be there at the right time. At the wedding, Lindsay arrived early to set up and was ready to play soon as our guests started to arrive. She was very cheerful and professional. Not to mention her voice was really beautiful and set the perfect mood for the day!
