“cannot put into words how amazing Ramy & his wife Nancy are!! My husband and I just got married on August 10th and we cannot stop talking about how happy we are that we booked Photography by Ramy. From our first meeting with Ramy, we know he was the right choice. Before we even booked, he gave us a timeline for how the day would go and we just felt so comfortable with him and knew he knew what he was doing! An of course the photos of his that we looked at were stunning! I remember getting off our phone call and my then fiance and I were like yep that’s our guy! It wad completely pouring rain the day of our engagement photos, but we had so much fun shooting with Ramy and the photos came out AMAZING, so it didn’t even matter. We got to know Ramy more and by the end it felt like we knew him forever! Leading up to the wedding, we talk through a more detailed timeline with Ramy and he was so helpful in making sure we did it the way we wanted but also that it flowed. Our one big thing was that we wanted to be at cocktail hour for at least half. Immediately he said we would be there for more than that (and he was right!!). On our wedding day, we truly felt like Ramy & Nancy were part of the family. They are the kindest, happiest, and most fun people. Not only did they take beautiful pictures and capture our day so well, but they added to the joy of the day. They made us and our families laugh throughout the day and captured everything we knew we wanted. Their energy is positive and infectious and we loved spending time with them. We never felt rushed around or like we were taking pictures forever. Nancy is also like a fairy godmother in addition to being a great photographer!! She fixed bustled my dress right after pictures, took out my veil, and fixed my bustle numerous times throughout the night. I just can’t say enough about both Ramy & Nancy. “Merida is, simply put, absolutely amazing. When we first started planning our wedding, we spent a lot of time going back and forth about whether or not we needed a day-of coordinator. We’re both queer and trans, I’m autistic, and my partner is disabled, so finding vendors who really saw us and could meet us where we were at was hugely important. Merida did that and so much more and now that our wedding is over, we literally don’t know what we would have done without her. She’s excellent at reading people, communicating super clearly, and solving truly any problem. Even though we only booked day-of coordination, as we got closer to the day, she was there for all the crucial moments even when we didn’t ask her to. Aside from the big things (running the rehearsal, managing the timeline, communicating with vendors, setting up, tearing down, steaming our outfits AND our wedding party’s outfits, and on and on…) (all of which would have been MORE than enough), it is the little details where Merida truly goes above and beyond. When my partner was wildly over-stimulated while getting ready, she offered them a hug. When we were misgendered and we weren’t in the room, she corrected people. At the end of the night when we were both exhausted, she went outside and pulled my partner’s car around to the front door and THEN proceeded to load everything in. When I was waiting outside while my partner took some group photos with their friends, she LITERALLY gave me the coat off her back without me even asking (and it was 25 degrees at night and she was wearing a sleeveless jumpsuit). During our first look, she carried around our two giant winter coats and our two huge Squishmallows (that we wanted on hand for pictures) and never for a moment considered putting anything down in case it got dirty. She held our snow machine at the precise angle so we could get the snowy nighttime photos of our dreams, she bought hand warmers for our ceremony without us even asking her to, she took photos on her phone during our ceremony and sent them to us so we could have photos ASAP, she adjusted my dress I don’t even know how many times, and, to top it all off, she was so kind and good-humored the whole day. Our friends and family raved about her and how well she answered all of their questions and how on top of it she was. I literally don’t know how she did all of these things. My working theory is she has a secret identical twin and can therefore be in two places at once, although frankly even two people doesn’t seem like enough. (Maybe secret identical triplets?) In any case, there is no rating system in the world that would let us give Merida enough stars; five is nowhere near enough. We would hire her a thousand times over, and a thousand more times after that.”

“Gemma was the best MC we could have asked for! She spun all the right tunes at all the right times and guaranteed that our guests had a blast. On the technical side of things, she managed the audio equipment for the instrumentalists at our ceremony, configured the A/V system at our reception (separate location!), set up our photo booth, and worked a film camera (would you believe that she only has two arms?) all while keeping the party kept going! My wife and I didn’t need to lift a finger. And if I haven’t conveyed it already, Gemma is really, really thoughtful. We’re super lucky for her to have been at our wedding.”

She was at the rehearsal dinner, getting ready morning, first-look, ceremony and reception and from what we've seen of the photos so far absolutely knocked it out of the park. She was extremely professional in how she was able to work with and coordinate our wedding planner, was very good about planning out the shots ahead of time (shot lists, made sure we had sunset photos, etc.), and was also extremely fun and spontaneous during our shoots and made it feel so so natural. There’s honestly not enough words to describe so freakin cool he is. His attention to detail is on point, he can hype up even the most boring crowd, and he has the greatest personality. My sister also rented the Photo Booth and I’m SO glad she did. Everyone had a blast with it & DJ Lennox’s assistant was just as cool as he is. She was so much fun, so sweet, and so funny. We had a blast. Someday when I plan a wedding- he’ll be my first phone call.”

“I hired Kelsey for my November 2024 wedding and she and her team exceeded my expectations. I honestly can't stop thinking about how good my hair and makeup looked the day of my wedding. I was admittedly nervous scheduling my trial because I realized the salon is not in Philly, but in Quakertown, which was about an hour drive. However, when I met Kelsey, I was reminded of why I booked in the first place - her personality is so warm and welcoming, funny, and puts you at ease immediately. I had the same exact reaction the morning of my wedding. I received hair and makeup services and my bridesmaids and MOB/MOG had their hair styled by Kelsey's associate. I thought everyone looked gorgeous and as this was one of the more expensive vendors I paid for myself, I did feel like my money was well spent. If you like full, full coverage with heavy foundation, etc I don't think this is the vendor for you. However, I think what Kelsey did with my makeup was even better because it looked so natural, but still looked like I was wearing the right amount of makeup. On top of my hair and makeup already looking perfect in my opinion, it happened to be snowing/freezing rain the day of my wedding and all of our photos were taken outside. My makeup did not budge! I touched up my lip gloss that was about it. My curls fell slightly because of the rain, but I was still very impressed my hairstyle lasted at all because of the weather. Overall, if you're on the fence about whether you'd like a professional to do your hair or makeup for your wedding, I would highly recommend someone like Kelsey who will make you feel like the most beautiful version of yourself and take the stress out of doing it yourself.”
