Autrey Mill Nature Preserve is 46 Acres of forested woodland trails, ravines, gardens and historic buildings. We provide a unique setting for weddings, receptions, anniversary celebrations, and more! The arrangement of our historic buildings forms a small historic village for a charming wedding venue. You can have your ceremony in the old Warsaw Church or under the canopy of the forest on the Amphitheatre and host your reception just a short stroll away in the Summerour House or Pole Barn. Rental fees are used for the continuing preservation of Autrey Mill’s natural environment and history, to provide educational programming, and to operate the preserve.

Primrose Cottage, a quaint name that is seemingly deceptive, has enchanted visitors with its presence in charming, historic Roswell since 1839. Roswell King lovingly built the home for his daughter. The wedding venue itself is large in size, but offers a very intimate setting, perfect for your spring or summer wedding. Nestled on the edge of a stately front lawn, the three-story home and ballroom are hidden from outside view. Primrose Cottage possesses secret enchanting gardens, luring its guests to a quest of discovery.

Cottage 84 is our vintage inspired cottage style venue and estate that was built in 1925. The venue is still structured with the original pine walls and flooring and is filled with eclectic and gold, ornate vintage decor and furniture. The indoor dining and the reception area contains floor to ceiling stone fireplaces and our outdoor, covered reception space is equipped with a firestove and heater for those colder nights. The venue is on 1.5 acres of lighted ladscape including our boardwalk and 100 year old lighted pecan tree on our private back lawn area. We offer options for covered ceremonies and indoor and outdoor reception space. The photo opportunity on our property is endless.

We plan weddings and events at our amazing farmhouse, built circa 1920, in beautiful North Georgia. The farmhouse provides a comfortable atmosphere with a rich history while also containing modern touches to match your wedding style. We can accommodate up to 150 guests on our beautiful 4-acre property. The farmhouse also has two suites for you and your wedding party to get ready, enjoy, and relax in before your ceremony. Little River Farms has been a staple in the Milton, Georgia area since the 1940’s and is now a wedding & special events venue.. Little River Farms is less than 30 minutes from Downtown Atlanta and less than 15 minutes to many hotels and restaurants. With a 5,000 sq. foot elegant pavilion and multiple ceremony options, we have plenty of options to host any event. At Little River Farms the possibilities are endless in making your special day all your own and we look forward to having you here!

As a facility rental, we provide tables and folding chairs inside, as well as complimentary parking. All outdoor furniture will need to be rented. Catering would be provided through one of our amazing catering companies we partner with and can average $120 to $200 per guest. Beverage service and bartenders are additional and are provided by the History Center. It is about $65 per person for a 4-hour premium full bar. We have a full property minimum on Saturdays of a peak month: April, May, June, September, and October. The facility rental fee for the Swan Gardens, Atlanta History Museum, and Grand Overlook ballroom on a Saturday is $12,500 and we have an additional $5,500 beverage minimum. Fridays and Sundays are $10,000 with a $2,500 beverage minimum. Most of our weddings can expect to spend between $400 to $1,000 per guest after all vendors and costs are added up and divided out per guest.

Three Birches event venue is a beautiful location sitting on 6 acres of land. We have farm animals and gorgeous outdoor views. When you book Three Birches you are not just booking a building you are booking the entire property. We have plenty of space to spread out Indoor and outdoor.
