Little did he know then, back in 1954, that that wedding would be the start of a long and beautiful tradition of using Smolak Farms as a cherished wedding venue. The beautiful rolling hills of orchards and farmland span 125 acres, and provide the perfect backdrop for this very special bonding of two people. For those who are looking for a more casual event, the Picnic Area can also be used for outdoor games and festivities during the reception.

Willowdale Estate is a private mansion, just 30-miles north of Boston, Massachusetts. Located within a 720-acre state forest, and along the pristine Ipswich River. Our private estate is the perfect setting for a New England wedding ceremony and reception.
