Built in 1924, the Historic Lakefront Estate is a 3.2-acre property situated in Orlando, Florida, boasts a wide range of amenities including a sprawling patio, swimming pool, bocce ball courts, and firepits, making it an ideal venue for couples to celebrate every aspect of their wedding day. The lush green lawn, surrounded by leafy oak trees and serene views, provides a picturesque setting for an unforgettable outdoor ceremony. After the ceremony, guests can enjoy a cocktail hour and hors d'oeuvres on the stylish pool deck while taking in the breathtaking panoramic views of the private lake from the outdoor kitchen and covered awning. The estate also features well-appointed guest bedrooms, dressing suites for the wedding parties, and ample parking for guests. PS: We do have a two-night minimum stay at the nightly rate in addition to the venue fee.

Our historic venue is the home for afterschool youth development and summer enrichment programs that inspire a better future. Event spaces include the main ballroom which opens to the stage, with a separate art gallery, which can host up to 175 guests seated. The main ballroom has 27 foot ceilings and grey walls looking into the stage, with historical aged brick walls and 45 feet airspace before the original theater fly nest. Located in historical Tampa Heights, Fariss Events is a designated local landmark in the Franklin Street Historic District also known as Yellow Brick Row. Your guests will dance on fully renovated, 100 year old Florida Birch floors and will have gorgeous Tampa views from mahogany restored windows. The Fariss is on the second floor of the Fariss building and two blocks from Armature Works, Water Works Park, and Riverwalk.
