The oldest house in Philo (1888), it was Anderson Valley’s first post office and stagecoach stop that decades later was the Philo Pottery Inn. During the painstaking restoration we did using nearly all salvaged materials, its secrets and history began to resurface. We were constantly discovering little finds, over 200 1880's old glass bottles buried on the grounds to the headline clad 1915 newspaper lined walls in the main house. It’s been part remodel and archeological dig. Now it’s ready to host events & make fresh memories for decades to come. A few years ago we were lucky enough to add 20+ acres of open meadow lands & forest contiguous to TKO for events & glamping and built an amphitheater by Indian Creek in the woods. We can host up to 100 and have have 12 bedrooms in three fab houses, plus glamping tents. There are so many ways to utilize the property and also vintage trailers and wacky Japanese cars to get creative with. Come see for yourself and be part of its evolving history.

Blackbird Farm is a rare jewel in rural Anderson Valley, sitting atop a mountain ridge, surrounded by redwoods and pine trees, containing open meadows, scenic lakes, and established fruit tree groves. The views extend out across Santa Rosa to the western mountain ranges that frame the Pacific Ocean and down the Sonoma valley floor towards Kenwood. Our working vineyard provides grapes for local wineries.

We are located in Sebastopol, West Sonoma County, an area treaured for it's landscape, coastline, restaurants, vinyards and relaxed sophistication. Olive Oaks is filled inside and out with unique vintage treasures, achieved with years of collecting by the property owners. A barn with white interior may be used for dancing, catering, so many possibilities. The guest cottage is available for overnight rental. Shuttle and portable toilet rental are required, depending on guest count.
