The spaces at Metropolist are fully customizable, making Metropolist an ideal location for a Seattle wedding, celebration, or company event. Metropolist can evoke the dramatic effect of an urban industrial warehouse with 14-foot walls and vaulted 25-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, exposed piping overhead, warm and bright wood floors.

WithinSodo is a beautifully-renovated warehouse in the SoDo district of Seattle with 5 event spaces: the Parlor, the Gallery, the Lounge, the Ballroom & the Rooftop Deck. These 5 spaces when combined include an incredible partially-covered rooftop deck with a spectacular view of downtown, a full commercial / catering kitchen, an A/V System with HD projector, 16-foot screen, 3+ full bar areas, 5 restrooms, a VIP / green room / bridal suite, Wi-Fi, & ample free parking.

Unique, industrial-chic event space in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood. 1800 sq. foot, two-floor, loft space. The venue can accommodate up to 60 guests for a seated, family-style dinner on the mezzanine, or up to 150 guests for a cocktail-style reception. Plenty of space for ceremony, cocktail hour and dance reception all under one roof! Catering is provided through Quinn's Pub in Seattle! Complete with in-house staff, bar services and security. Looking for planning services? We have that too! Full inventory of catering tables, chairs, lounge furniture, bistro tables and cocktail tables. Fully-functioning garage door for an indoor/outdoor experience, and access to an in-house sound system with handheld wireless mics. Coordination of rentals and vendors, if needed.

Historic venue in Occidental Park of Pioneer Square. Our prime location space is light, bright, airy and minimal. It is a blank canvas filled with large windows, a corner space and access to Occidental Park right out front of our doors! Create the special day of your dreams! We've made our space as one stop shop, including resources to event planning, event design, floral design, dj needs, photographers + so much more, or bring in your own! BYO food + beverage. We do not have a commercial kitchen on site therefore food cannot be prepared on site, but it can be brought in and set up already made. We do have a small kitchen that can be used for light prep, and bar use.

THE 101 is in the heart of the wonderful, stunningly gorgeous and vibrant neighborhood of Pioneer Square making it the perfect venue for celebrations, weddings, corporate events, and much more! Once home to Elliott Bay Book Co., the Globe Hotel, and Doc Maynard's homestead, this 4,000-10,000sqft event space (Main Space + Corner Gallery) is now an axis point for history, art, culture, photography, and events in Seattle. Exposed brick walls, 16-foot archways, granite, and steel accents, and outside access of unique Nord Alley, make this multi-use space the perfect setting for every event imaginable.
