When a calamity broke out in the kitchen, she and her assistant made sure it didn't ruin our enjoyment of the reception. Throughout the day, they were able to make smaller decisions for us while we enjoyed getting ready with our loved ones. Their prep work communicating with us allowed them to make choices that aligned perfectly with what was important to us. Miranda and Tyler completely transformed our wedding day from a that could have been a terrible stressful affair to the most delightful, perfect, joyful celebration we could have imagined. I was in tears the next day with gratitude. We are so grateful for their incredible service.

Delaney did such an amazing job running the show at my wedding! We had a lot of set-up that she executed for us perfectly, and some quirky timeline/vendor things that she managed really seamlessly. We had rain, which was a little stressful, but she helped keep us calm and deal with the changes in the timeline/plan that occurred as a result. She was right there when we needed her, all night, with a smile on her face. She was the perfect balance of "going with the flow" when things came up but also getting things done in an efficient and organized way. She had an answer or idea for any dilemma that came up, and we definitely utilized a lot of her suggestions. Would 100% recommend her!

You need a wedding coordinator, the return on your investment is 100 fold. Kayla and her team worked magic for us at our wedding. Not to mention, her pre-wedding process and checklists, those were incredibly helpful in making sure we considered all of the details that make up a wedding. I love planning parties for family and friends and the detail that goes into them but nothing can prepare you for the details of a wedding, but a wedding coordinator who really knows her stuff and always keeps her cool is 100% what you need for your special day. I was truly in awe of how my event turned out. Donna of DBC Eventz INC. did an amazing job bringing the vision to life. Donna went above and beyond finding intricate items that went with the theme and thought outside the box with the decorations. The entire space was decorated beautifully from top to bottom. Donna understood the assignment and took it to the next level. Donna included me and kept me up to date on where she was with the status of my party. Donna even assisted me with finding the right person to make a cake, DJ the event and take pictures and videos at the event. I was able to have an entrance area, seat all my guest comfortably, have a dance floor, a bar and a separate food area. I will definitely be using DBC Eventz Inc. for my future events.

We worked with the City & Terrace team to set-up a consultation 4-months before our wedding date. We were overwhelmed with all of the logistics. We wanted to customize print items and personal accessories to make them memorable, and we didn’t know where to start. There were also so many additional tasks to juggle, and it was worthwhile to get professional assistance from City & Terrace. They made the planning process much easier, helped up prioritize, and were very attentive to our needs and vision. Lauren guided us through a detailed process and helped us understand how specific deadlines are needed for each of those items along the way. After making a game plan, we felt much more at ease about what was needed leading into our big day. Andy is a true gem of a soul! Her attention to detail, and attunement to the needs of her clients is beyond amazing. She is incredibly organized and can help even the most clueless, frazzled, and ADHD-riddened couple pull together a beautiful and unique event. Our event had multiple challenges. 1. As mentioned, my husband and I are neurodivergent. This causes us to get overwhelmed easily and can quickly make a simple task incredibly difficult. This also makes it very hard for us to make decisions (I know, easily nightmare clients). Andy never made us feel ashamed for who we are or our disabilities. Instead, sh made things flow effortlessly. She planned things in a way for us to enjoy our day and have time to not get overstimulated/overwhelmed. Made sure we got to actually eat the delicious food we paid for. Hey, weddings are expensive- she made sure we could actually enjoy ours! 2. We have two young children that were a huge part of our ceremony. Andy was kind, patient, and understanding. I never felt rushed or pressured with a timeline. Children are unpredictable and we planned for just that. Andy had perfect suggestions to make things easier for our family to enjoy the day. Above and beyond! 3. Our ceremony was not traditional in any way. The requirements were different and followed a pagan style ritual that could have thrown any seasoned event specialist off their game. This was not the case whatsoever for Andy. She was able to flawlessly move throughout the event, effortlessly working with our vendors and handling issues that arose with grace and professionalism. 4. Our ceremony took place near Mt Si, which was a trek not just for Andy, but most guests! Andy had amazing advice. She was on time, prompt, and had great communication with the vendors during planning and execution. She heard what we wanted and simply, made it happen. We wanted a drum circle, so we made sure to have everything onsite and available and she got the party started! I would recommend Double A Weddings & Events ten times over. Best decision we made. Period. We would have regretted not hiring Andy, tremendously. She's fun and not afraid to speak up for her clients. You won't get anyone more dedicated or cool to hang out with on your wedding day! I can't imagine anyone else being able to make our day happen. Thank you Andy!

I started in the wedding industry when I found bridal world in 2018. Building a career in bridal brought me back to Los Angeles from Seattle, back to family and into a world where I could immerse myself in all things bridal and weddings. I worked my way up as a stylist to the couture level, managing one of the flagship stores in LA and specializing in custom, one of a kind designs as a stylist. I learned more and more about weddings, and one day started day-of coordinating for friends and family. That grew to a passion and led to the birth of Serenity Weddings.

We hired Serenity Weddings for our wedding last year, and it was the best decision we made for the day. We opted for the month-of package. We knew that we wanted to design our wedding ourselves to make it unique to our love story, but that we didn't have time the month of the wedding to add all of the last minute coordinating between the vendors to our workload. Desiree met with us mid-planning process to do a walk-through of the venue and get an idea of what we had planned for our day. She gave tons of helpful tips and truly made sure that she understood our vision. The month of the wedding she coordinated between all the vendors to make sure that everything was covered. Thank goodness! Turns out we forgot to order bathrooms since we were at a house, even though we didn't want people going into the home. She saved the day and made sure that we got an extra generator from the rental company to supply the power. On the day of the wedding she arrived ahead of the first vendor and made sure that everything was perfect. And if it wasn't, we never knew! All of our family and friends got to enjoy our wedding with us, without having to worry about how everything was going, all thanks to Serenity Weddings. I also worked with Desiree for my bridal styling, choosing the Final Touches package. Finding my dress was easy, but the endless choices for everything else was daunting. She helped me choose the perfect hairstyle and makeup combo for my enchanted look, and the accessories she chose were just the right touch.
