We are the only location in Seaside, OR to offer beach ceremonies. Our Lewis and Clark Ballroom features high ceiling and the original chandeliers. The Seaside Sandpiper is perfect for smaller receptions or an indoor ceremony.

The Vintage Grand Room, Clubhouse and Rooftop Patio are available for banquets, weddings, receptions, meetings and any other special event. The grand room is approximately 6000 sq ft of 1889 charm and can accommodate up to 250 guests. Original hardwood floors and beautiful brick give it a true vintage feel. The room is surrounded with white tree lighting, which provides a great ambiance. A bride room is located on the first floor of the Hotel Washington building, and can be added to any rental. The building also features an elevator which provides access to all three levels of the building.

Formerly the St. Helens Fox Theatre, City Farm Chehalis has been majestically transformed and restored into a unique Western Washington landmark. Originally a Ford Dealership, City Farm Chehalis is history like no other. The Beacon-Seaside is a spacious venue, which turned 100 years old in 2020. It is located in the heart of downtown Seaside, Oregon, underwent a 5 and a half year transformation. The renovation was completed in 2019. The original floor was preserved, creating warmth and elegance to enhance your special event. You'll be a close walk to the beach, just 4 and a half blocks away. Many hotels, restaurants, and other attractions are near. We offer catering and bar options as well as set up and clean up for additional costs.

Events on Emerson opened in 2016 as a place where people can come and celebrate important (and sometimes just for fun) occasions. Originally built in 1906, the building was the home of the Holy Trinity Episcopal Church until 1991 (when the congregation merged with St. Andrew's in Aberdeen). Today, it is owned by Emily and Steven Puvogel, who operate the venue as a passion project where we enjoy helping people host all manner of events, including weddings, birthday parties, celebrations of life, concerts, baby showers, fundraisers, trainings, and meetings. When you book your event here, you will get a beautiful setting and personal service, at an incredibly reasonable price.
