As you walk into the Little Chapel in-the-Woods you are entering into a tradition. Located on the edge of Texas Woman’s University, the chapel is a secluded sanctuary that has held weddings since September 1939, a few months before its dedication by Eleanor Roosevelt. We have two beautiful ballrooms to host the wedding reception of your dreams! The Chapel attendant is present to set up the chapel for the wedding, set up the sound system and instruct your vendors on usage, and to oversee the facility. They will be happy to provide limited guidance and answer any questions you may have about the rehearsal or processional. If you desire full-scale coordination you are welcome to provide a planner or even a friend with experience to manage the flow of your wedding ceremony.

I first want to say I have worked at this venue a handful of times between both the lodge and the ranch and have had a great experience each time. We've had issues with storage for some vendors and the staff was able to get it handled and assist us pretty quickly. I've loved coordinating at this venue because everything is set up and the staff helps right away the day of. Security is very pleasant to work with as well and they go above and beyond at night. I believe a lot of their services are done in house now and the times I have met their DJ and catering, they're professional. The morning staff does a great job at making sure we know who they are and they check on us throughout. Just want to post this review because reviews from vendors are rare and if you are a bride planning on booking here, as a vendor, they are truly great to work with!

The day of the wedding was seamless thanks to Madison’s hard work and dedication. We were able to relax and enjoy every moment knowing that everything was taken care of. Madison is a one-of-a-kind planner, and a genuinely good person with an absolute heart of gold. The venue and vendors was amazing and perfect and was everything I had ever dreamed of, but without Madison, it wouldn’t have been what it was. This venue was a dream come true for us. An affordable price, a beautiful space, food service included so we didn't have to hunt for a caterer or worry about coordinating, and the incredible human that is Sarah. Sarah was quick to respond with helpful answers, provided great suggestions for everything, and allowed us to visit the venue multiple times before the wedding to figure out decorations. Sarah took care of setting everything up and cleaning it at the end, relieving our families from any added stress or work. Everything flowed smoothly, the venue stayed wonderfully cool during a hot Texas summer day, and everyone raved about the food. They even worked with us to have a custom menu because we wanted breakfast for dinner. I cannot recommend this space enough - the team beyond compare and the venue is gorgeous.

We went on a wedding tour of the Olana given by Calla and it was an incredible experience. She was very patient and polite and took the time get to know us before giving a grand fabulous tour of this enormous one of a kind property. She also provided very interesting history of the Olana. Every wedding questions we had Calla had a detailed answer to. The videos and photos on social media of this location do not do this place justice. It is a must visit!

At KHP we have a 10000 sq. ft. synthetic grass event lawn for the outdoor events and a 300 person dome ceiling cathedral if you would like to move indoors to say I do. Our venue was perfectly designed for weddings. It is all about flow and the guest being able to move from space to space easily and be served quickly so that they all may enjoy their special night. Our bride and grooms suites are the best in Texas. They are large and designed with bridal parties in mind. Complete with a TV screen that can watch the cameras of the rest of the venue, private lockers for the bridesmaids personal items, great lighting and salon style chairs and so on. Let's not forget both bridal and grooms suite have built in blue tooth!

I've had the pleasure of working a few dozen weddings at Knotting Hill Place over the past few years, and this place has truly felt like a home away from home, with each wedding bringing a new experience and ending with big sweaty hugs from another ecstatic couple. Unlike many venues which are just a shell for investors to churn & burn as many weddings as possible, KHP is a family run operation where the owners take a great deal of pride in helping their coupes create magical events. The venue is kept in pristine condition and updates are always made as needed. The close-knit office staff works together very closely and is intimately familiar with not only the couples they work with, but those others are working with as well. Their vendor list is very selective an they will only recommend top notch professionals, and they assure that every couple works with professional planners to assure event days run as smoothly as possible. As a creative, one thing that I really love about KHP is how they give us all the freedom to do our best work. While it may sound obvious, many venues limit what creatives are allowed to do in their space, ultimately hindering the artists abilities to create the best experiences possible. KHP works with all of their vendors to make these things possible, and I have no doubt that this has hugely contributed to their success. I'm looking forward to many more events inside these walls- and in the back of that beautiful property too!

Chapel at Ana Villa was an amazing venue. My husband and I chose this place for the Mediterranean feel and the pews that the chapel had. When you walk in to the wedding venue you are just stunned by the beauty of the entire venue (reception room, cocktail hour, ceremony room and the bride and groom suites). The staff was nothing short of amazing as well. Everyone was so accommodating and extremely helpful throughout the entire process from getting started and picking our venue to our big day. We had a planning representative assigned to us at the beginning (Newshaw Varta) and she helped us get into all the food tastings and took us on tours of all the venues that WWE has to offer. Once we chose a venue, we were assigned to Chelsea Sproles, who did a fantastic job getting our profile/dashboard up and running with invoices/contracts, etc. She answered all questions that we had and was very helpful. Once we got further down the path and with how busy the staff is, we were assigned to Sydnee who helped us the rest of the way. Sydnee was AMAZING...she helped us with all questions we had and helped us get additional add ons added, finalized our big day and was with us by our side through the entire process. The communication that the whole staff had was impeccable, through email and text. Once everything was finalized for our big day, we were assigned to Kadia Kice whom helped us with rehearsal and our big day. Kadia did such an amazing job and had lots of patience with our big rowdy group. Kadia was very laid back and made sure to touch all the important items for the day of. On the day of, she was right by my side asking if we needed anything several times and making sure all was turning out okay. She kept us on time throughout the whole event and we couldn't be more grateful to have such a great staff to help us along the way. The staff really helped us to enjoy our big day and not have any of the horror stresses that you would typically hear about on wedding day. The catering team was amazing and had food ready right on the dot, everyone who attended though the food was AMAZING and very tasty. The florist, Tina, did an incredible job from the 1st day planning to the final day with all staff showing up on time and not running into any issues. Jenny, did our 4 tiered cake with 2 flavors and the cake literally melted in your mouth. We had cinnamon swirl (tasted like a cinnamon roll) and a new flavor they brought on (strawberry champagne). We had also asked for a cascade of flowers to be on the cake and it turned out BEAUTIFUL. The DJ on our day of was INCREDIBLE. We had playlists for ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and the reception and he did a great job feeling the vibe of the crowd and having fun. The bartenders do only come with 1 so I suggest that you get 2 (depending on your final count). Everyone was very satisfied with the timing on getting drinks a the bar. Everyone at our wedding had the absolute time of their lives and had great things to say about the staff involved and how amazing our wedding turned out. I can't stress this enough..if you are looking for a wedding venue, PLEASE keep Walters Wedding Estates (WWE) in mind through your search. The staff makes it so seamless and let's you enjoy your engagement. We were very hands off during this time and we couldn't be more grateful.
