The Cornealius Properties was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the very beginning, their communication was clear, quick, and consistent, which made the planning process so much easier. The venue itself was absolutely beautiful, with a romantic and spacious atmosphere that was perfect for our special day. The Lafayette House was an added bonus, providing a wonderful space for our families to gather before and after the ceremony. The staff had the venue set up exactly as we requested and were incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire planning process. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we're so grateful to the Cornealius Properties team for making our wedding day truly unforgettable.

The Farm at 95 offically opened it's doors in October of 2013 and to this day is one of the two largest venues in Johnston County (oh, our sister location is the other larges venue)! Our space can accommodate anywhere from 80 to 400 guests, with separate rooms for food, dedicated dressing rooms, a well equipped stage and a relaxing patio heaters, fans and a gas fire pit. When you inquire, you will also receive information about our sister location, The Farm at 42, which we opened in March of 2018. This venue is similar to The Farm at 95, but has simple improvements such as larger dressing suites, upgraded finishes and a completely different ceremony setting. We hope that between one of our locations, we are able to work together to plan your pefect day!

We recently had our wedding at the Farm on 95 and it was a beautiful venue. The staff was amazing and very professional and it was so simple to get set up and get the party started! Rachel was very kind and helpful leading up to the wedding and I loved that all the tables and chairs were set up and taken down for us so all we had to do was decorate. The staff was great, they helped keep everything running smoothly and were prepared with a rain plan and everything. I loved the location, it was easy for the guests to find and there is lots of parking, plus its close to a ton of hotels, the outlets, and both Selma and Smithfield downtown areas.

The Farm at 42 offically opened it's doors in March of 2018! Our space can accommodate anywhere from 20 to 400 guests, with separate rooms for food, dedicated dressing rooms, a well equipped stage and a relaxing patio with heaters, fans and a gas fire pit. In addition, we have a smaller space (The Maple Room) that is perfect for those more intimate weddings of 60 guests or less, with "micro wedding" pricing. When you inquire, you will also receive information about our sister location, The Farm at 95, which we opened as our original location in 2013. This venue is similar to The Farm at 95, but has a few different finishes, skylight and a completely different ceremony setting. We hope that between one of our locations, we are able to work together to plan your pefect day!

From the moment we booked our wedding at The Farm at 42, Rachel was proactive with communication and gave great input on our layout options for the ceremony and reception. The space is perfect with both indoor and outdoor spaces for the ceremony location. Even on a 40 degree winter day, our cocktail hour was on the patio and between the firepit and heaters, everyone was feeling cozy! Rachel went above and beyond to help make our day magical. It's an added bonus that tables, chairs, and linens are included in their wedding packages. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding day at the Farm @ 42!
