Knowing we’ve mastered the essence of BBQ, we are able to then direct our focus onto the meal itself by utilizing high quality meats and care in preparation, creating flavorful and tender meats that melt in your mouth. Although the primary focus is on the meats, the sides also play a very important role in the experience. Our fresh-made sides and crisp vegetables, with no artificial flavors or coloring, are made with the upmost care to help highlight your meal.

What is more fun, nostalgic, and well-loved than ice cream? The Mobile Scoop Shop serves up hand-scooped frozen goodness from an attractive visual display cart, our Tuxedo ("Tux") service van, or our re-purposed 1981 fire rescue truck ("Que). Friendly staff scoop to your guests flavors of your choosing: Vegan Sorbets and Ice Creams in Bowls and Sugar Cones. She creates beautiful food compositions with high quality ingredients. Grazing tables can also include any theme or food type. We also make specialty desserts and dipped chocolate treats.
