Eagle Manor is a pre-colonial waterfront estate built in 1736 that boasts 10 bedrooms with fireplaces and marble bathrooms. The acres of waterfront lawn are ideal for wedding ceremonies while the expansive 2300 sq. ft. river deck is perfect for cocktail hours. Our cathedral size historic dairy barn is ideal for rustic receptions. Eagle Manor is more picturesque than most parks, with peacocks and other ornamental birds roaming the grounds. Great images can be taken from the river deck, the waterfront lawn, the historic dairy barn, and any number of our freshwater ponds. Originally a cow and poultry farm, the previous owners had run the property as a winery before Rick purchased it in May of 2017. After seeing the property, its luscious landscape, and the rustic charm of the original buildings, Rick had a vision. Our Farm sits on 54-Acres in Bucks County. Our Seed Barn was originally built back in the 1820's. Our Seed Barn was restored in the Summer of 2016 & seats 160-200 people. Attached to the back of the Seed Barn is a beautiful deck that overlooks the ceremony site. In the lower level of the Seed Barn is our Groom’s Suite! Here you will find a pool table, TV, lounge seating area & more. In 2020 we built our Harvest Barn attached to the Seed Barn through a breezeway. This is home for our commercial kitchen, on-site bathrooms, smaller event space and bridal suite. Lastly, we have a Farm-to-Table bakery onsite for your dessert table & custom wedding cake.
