Welcome to The Mitten Building! Originally built in 1890 as the Haigh Citrus Packing House, it later served as the Mitten Letter Factory from 1940 to 1980. The current owners restored the building, appreciating its historical charm, including its sturdy brick walls, exposed rafters, and extensive wood features. Since 2000, our family has hosted a variety of unique events in its versatile spaces, including the multilevel Main Room, the basement Speakeasy Bar, and the Summerbell Room with its lovely Garden Patio. Rancho Bellasanté is a private estate located on a 122 acre working ranch. We have acres of beautiful lemon and avocado groves and gorgeous vineyards. Our location offers privacy but is also conveniently located less than 10 miles from the city of Temecula, CA. In 2021 our daughter got married on the estate. We had guests from all over, and the event was a huge success. We had so many positive responses, and requests for other weddings, that we decided to open our doors to the public.
