From the moment we started working with their team, they were always there to help and truly wanted us to have the best day possible. The intimate space at Drift provided so much room for creativity - the team put in so much effort to ensure the space was beautifully set up and the service was exceptional. It's a truly gorgeous venue with the sweetest people, and we loved having our reception there. I also highly recommend staying at Drift for a full experience - the penthouse was absolutely gorgeous and the dreamiest room we could have asked for.

We rented their outdoor patio for 100 people with catering. What a beautiful setting, and the food and service were outstanding! They were great at flowing with the menu options and the bar service. The wedding was right across the street at the courthouse, a 2 minute walk to the reception. Parking is adjacent and convenient for the wedding and reception. I highly recommend them for weddings or any gathering!

I had a beautiful wedding and reception at The White House Beach Club. We brought a live band, a DJ to play after dinner and churros for an evening snack. The venue was gorgeous and it came together so well! The whole staff was so friendly and attentive. Nothing but great things to say about the venue and staff. Food was amazing! The appetizers were a big hit! The venue added a few nice to have few extra touches like the champagne welcome cart. The space is so great to throw a great wedding and reception!

Buddy's is our favorite wine bar in Ventura -- not even close. Alexis always has the most creative and hip ideas happening at the bar, and it was the best to have our wedding there. A great place to play music and dance or just have a drink or order pizza for a reception -- all possible. Couldn't recommend any more.

I attended a rehearsal dinner here and wow! The views are absolutely amazing. The dinner was around sunset, so we got to watch the sun set over the ocean and then enjoy the beautiful lights at night too. The food was delicious (they did a cocktail-style party) and the bar area is really cool. A super unique venue!

When starting to plan our destination wedding, we found Wedgewood and thought it sounded too good to be true. We quickly learned it was actually everything they were advertising plus more and more pleasant surprises along the way. Us and all of our guests were coming to the Malibu area from WI and IL, and opted for November 16, 2024 for our date for our 100 person wedding. We did everything from home except attending the extravaganza event to try food and meet vendors. When Wedgewood says everything is customizable, they really mean it with no hidden costs. I am a vegan and they were able to make many of our buffet items vegan, seriously accommodated allergies and all of our requests. We worked with Mackenzie during our planning process and Lexi was our day of coordinator for the rehearsal and big day. They were both beyond kind and knowledgeable, and very excited for us. Everything was SO organized. Diego was our DJ from DJ Pablo's company and followed our music requests to a T. John and Carla were our bartenders and were so fast, fun and made amazing craft drinks. The servers the day of were so attentive to us, making sure we always had everything we needed. Immediately after the ceremony they had our favorite drinks waiting for us inside and continued to check in on us all night, I never had to go to the bar myself! At dinner they made our plates and provided a huge plate of our appetizers for us. They also packed to go boxes of our food for us at the end of the night and a bottle of champagne, such a big surprise! We were beyond pleased with the food, it was even better than we expected as far as quality. The buffet style appetizers were amazing too. Sweet Pea floral beyond exceeded expectations, following my Pinterest board perfectly. There were a lot of things we didn't want, like cake, and they never pushed anything we didn't want! They put together our tablescapes perfectly, no detail was left out. The only and I mean only complaint was that the lights at the front of the venue didnt turn off, so it was quite bright during dancing, but our guests didn't seem to notice. They said they had no way of turning them off. The day of our rehearsal holds one of our most special memories of our lives, as our wedding party and family were arriving, they guided everyone to the golf bar and grill while we were answering some questions. As soon as we were done, we were shocked and so delighted to see all of our most special people in our lives waiting for us in the golf bar clapping and waiting for us. It was so magical and the love and hugs to follow started off our wedding weekend perfectly. Thank you Sterling Hills!

After getting engaged in late 2020, my husband and I found ourselves at Cuyama Buckhorn during a trip to New Cuyama. New Cuyama was already a special place for us and after spending the afternoon at the recently renovated Buckhorn (it had also been under new ownership for just a year or two), we just knew it felt right. We reached out to the team and after a bit of back and forth, we ended up working with them to plan our special day. As it turned out, we were actually their very first wedding! Some may have seen this as a red flag, but we saw it as an opportunity and I’m so glad we did. Just a little background info – there are about 21 rooms at the Buckhorn and very few other places to stay in the area so this venue is really meant for intimate gatherings/smaller weddings. We had a total of 53 guests and a few stayed at the nearby Cuyama Oaks Ranch (glamping in yurts). When it came down to it, the entire Buckhorn team was incredibly flexible and accommodating. From the food to the deserts, they did it all and pretty much had everything we needed on site. The only outside vendors we hired were a DJ and a photographer! This being said, we already loved the Western-style aesthetic of the Buckhorn, so our vision was pretty much already intact and we didn’t need much outside decor or anything. We went for a summer camp kind of vibe and booked the entire hotel for the weekend so it really felt like a magical escape for all our friends and family. We worked with Executive Chef Daniel Horn to design our menu, Beverage Director Brandon on our custom cocktail menu, the in-house graphic designer Kiana on our wedding collateral and former Events Manager, Savannah Fox on everything in between. They truly catered to our every need throughout the process, but what really makes this team stand out is how they kept our vision alive and the weekend feeling magical despite some unfortunate weather. On the day of our wedding, it SNOWED early in the morning, hailed, and then rained. Our original plan was to have our ceremony and dinner outdoors and the venue was well-equipped with tons of heating lamps, fire pits, etc. so we figured dinner outside would be fine. Everything was set and then it began raining right before the ceremony. The General Manager literally carried a pool umbrella over my dad and I as we walked to the aisle. Talk about above and beyond!!! Magically, it stopped raining just in time for the ceremony to remain outside, but it was pretty cold so the entire Buckhorn team rallied together to breakdown the already set dinner outdoors and transition it inside. They managed to move the dinner in a matter of about 15 minutes and it looked just as beautiful inside as it did outside. I should also mention that if you’re coming from a city like Los Angeles or Santa Barbara, this venue was much more affordable and accommodating than any others I looked into. They handled all of the details so well and included things most other venues would not have. From the amazing food to the aesthetic, to the wonderful, wonderful staff, I could not recommend this venue more. If you have your wedding here, you are guaranteed to have the most incredible memories and photographs. The Buckhorn is truly an experience and the owners and staff are some of the friendliest, most amazing people in hospitality I have ever met. If you want a small, spirited, BEAUTIFUL wedding with desert valley vibes, this is the place for you.

Our wedding at Zaca Mesa took place this spring in March. Everything to booking, venue walk through, and the event day of went smoothly thanks to Tara the event manager at Zaca. She was on top of everything and answered all the questions we had thoroughly and promptly through the whole experience. We felt truly welcomed and like a part of a family there. The venue itself is beautiful with a gorgeous oak tree outside, tall ceilings in the view room, and the greenery outside. It was everything we wanted for our special day. Unfortunately it rained so we weren’t able to utilize the outdoor space but the Zaca team and our event coordinator team did everything and anything to switch to plan B to make sure we still had our ceremony outside and a fun party inside. I truly believe the way the event panned out was even better than the original plan. The professionalism was top notch. Even the times we’ve come to visit the service is impeccable. I am so happy we chose Zaca and we cannot WAIT to come back to visit. It’s one of the reasons we wanted to have our wedding there was to be able to come back and relive those special moments.

Such a beautiful venue, I can’t express how clean and aesthetically pleasing it is, you have to come see it for yourself. I fell in love when we first saw it and I just knew this was the place. Communication was key to me and I never felt like I had any of my questions unanswered. Bianca was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and confirmed with me on details that I would forget about or didn’t even think of. Everyone was very pleasant to work with and they never made me feel like I was being too much or extra LOL which is very important. You won’t be disappointed here, everything I could’ve imagined, and more! Memories I will cherish forever.

What a perfect wedding venue! The grounds are stunning, the food is delicious, and the staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. We were in such good hands with McKenna and she was a wonderful guide for us throughout the entire planning process. Our guests loved the venue and from the ease of the venue to the beauty of the grounds, all of our guests said it was one of the best weddings they’ve been to, which we thank Los Robles Greens and McKenna for making it such a special and memorable day. Choosing Fogo de Chao for our rehearsal dinner was one of the easiest choices of the entire wedding. They made everything so easy for us. There were several food and beverage packages that we got to pick from and on the day of we were tucked away in a private area with our own set of servers. It couldn't have gone any better, everyone was really nice and treated both me and the guests like vips on the day of and the food was delicious. 10/10 would do again.
