I was the kid who grouped up my friends and coordinated lightsaber battles in the front yard; later editing in FX frame by frame. While in film school I used to film in dance clubs, making music videos of clubbers having a good time. This helped develop my style and created the foundation of what I do today! I love immersing myself into the family traditions. Blending right in as one of the family members on a wedding day is vital to capturing authentic moments. There is no destination too far or an idea too crazy—I have hung off the bow of sailboats, woke up at 3 am to film meteor showers and filmed backward on rollercoasters to document couples’ love stories. - #loveislove

I did not not grow up with a camera in my hand knowing I wanted to be a photographer. I started with photography by photographing Punk/Hardcore bands but eventually stopped photographing those shows because I didn't want my camera gear to get broken by someone stagediving. Being apart of that music scene help me cultivate friendships with people all over the world, and gave me lots of travel opportunities. Those experiences carried over into weddings helping me understand real documentary style moments and being comfortable surrounded by new people.
