So here's the tea... I'm a wise-cracking, extroverted Capricorn who excels at corralling your rowdy family for photos and charming Aunt Carol, the self-deemed professional iPad photographer. Ever since I was little, huddled on the couch with my five siblings rewatching The Lion King, I knew that I wanted to be a storyteller. Growing up in a creative household, I studied a wide range of arts before settling on filmmaking. I envisioned in my head that I would be the next Spielberg, but after shooting my first wedding in 2013 all my plans changed.

Maya was my wedding photographer at my wedding in Flagstaff, AZ at Aldea Wedding in the Woods and she was PHENOMENAL. Her energy is out of this world & you cannot help but smile and laugh around her. She quickly feels like family. Not only does she have the most insanely wonderful personality that brightens the room but her photos she took are STUNNING! She really has such an eye for capturing the perfect moments and the quality and colors are just perfect. Myself, my now husband, and friends and family were just in awe when I showed them. I just got married two days ago and the day after my wedding she sent me sneak peek photos and there were SO many - I couldn’t believe how fast the turnaround was. And there’s more photos to come! Everything was just stunning I can’t rave about her enough. You need to hire Maya!!!! Also my friends and family couldn’t stop talking about how fun she was. We love you Maya you are amazing!!!

Hi, I'm Kristen and I'm so excited you are here! I've been a wedding photographer for 17 years with hundreds of weddings under my belt. Diversity and inclusivity are very important to me both personally and professionally, so no matter who you are I want to document your love story.

Awarded Best of Zola
I could not more highly recommend Kristen! Kristen was one of the very first vendors that I booked for my August 2024 wedding and I could not be more happy in that decision. Kristen's style is timeless and true to color. She focuses on capturing the day as it happens rather than focusing only on super posed shots- which I love! Kristen's communication is clear, prompt, and honest- I so appreciated her insight through the wedding planning process and especially in developing the timeline. We also received far more sneak peeks than we expected and I'm still shocked with how quickly we received our full gallery! Kristen, we are so happy you were there to capture our day!

Welcome to Arie T. Photography, a black queer woman-owned and operated traveling portrait and wedding photography service based out of the Georgia and Michigan! I've had the honor of capturing all walks of life across the USA with hopes of taking it worldwide. I'm known for my use of natural light, and "unposed” stress-free approach when it comes to my clients. If you feel like you’re awkward in front of the camera, I’ll take that as a challenge to prove you wrong because I can be awkward too.

Awarded Best of Zola
I was matched with Arie through what was called Tolman Media at the time. I had huge fears and reservations just having a photographer chosen for one of the biggest days of your life but Arie was spectacular. She helped me from the very beginning setting up a phone meet and great to discuss what was important to my husband and I. She then lit up the room with her personality and professionalism on our big day. She met everyone exactly where they were and made sure everyone felt comfortable. Our wedding pictures are absolutely perfect and I couldn’t have picked a better photographer myself! Thanks Arie!

I'm Emily - a Pittsburgh-based wedding photographer set on capturing intimate, joyful, authentic, & emotional photos. I want you to look back on your wedding photos not just love the way they look, but I want you to remember what the moment felt like. My hope is for you to feel the way your loved one hugged you as they gave you away, to laugh as you look back at the best man giving his speech...every captured moment has a feeling. I will do my best to stop those moments in time for you to experience forever. I am witty, goofy, sarcastic, open-minded, & honest. I will be your ultimate third wheel.

Awarded Best of Zola
If I could go up to everyone to suggest Emily til my lungs gave out, I would. We used her for our engagement photos and wedding photos, and I want to use her for all my life events. Her photos are obviously what drew me in at first, but once I met her, it was her personality. She is so bright, she makes you feel like you're her new best friend. She is fun, energetic, and efficient (which we love, since my husband hates photos). Emily not only acted as my photographer the day of my wedding, but was also my hype woman, and support person. She made me feel calm in the chaos. She made me feel beautiful. I think when you are a beautiful person inside and out like her, it's an easy thing to do. You know you have a gem when everyone is coming up to you to tell you how "your photographer is so awesome". She captured some of the most beautiful, vulnerable, moments during that day and turned them into a story and I love that she could be apart of such a special day.

I love what I do. I found my way to professional photography in a roundabout way, having started my working career as a marine scientist and environmental educator in CA and then on Maui. After years immersed in the ocean and hundreds of hours spent underwater, I realized that I was happiest on days when I could adventure freely with a camera in hand. The drive to learn more and become a better photographer lead me back to school on the east coast, where I ended up finding a new dream career and a home and community that I love.

We can't recommend Laura highly enough! We did a last-minute engagement shoot and 2 micro weddings in different states during Covid, and we can't imagine doing any of it without her. We were huge fans of Laura's photos on her website, but we were absolutely hooked once we got an e-mail asking us where we wanted to travel post-Covid and if we had any pets joining the wedding. We looked at a lot of photographers, and wanted to work with someone we liked and wanted at our wedding, who would take beautiful, natural photos, and be okay including our pup. That was definitely Laura! On our first call, Laura barely batted an eye when we told her we weren't sure about the venue, didn't know if there would be 2 or 25 people, were flexible on the time, and didn't yet know what we were going to wear. We wanted to keep everything as local as possible, and she gave us a great list of suggestions, including the orchard where we got married and most of the treats we included in our picnic basket. We even had sneak peeks right away to send to our families who couldn't be there. For our second wedding, she drove 6+ hours to NY, helped us set up, and was flexible on timing when we had some surprise rain showers. And managed to take great photos of our guests from 6+ feet away, including staggered group photos so the masks could come off for a minute! We could go on and on about how great she is, but suffice it to say, we loved working with Laura!

You’ve got the ring, found the dream destination or venue, definitely at least thought about the dress - now all you have to do is find THE photographer. The one who’s down to travel, down to party, and most of all, down to help you perfect alllll the details of your dream day. I’ve been photographing intimate weddings in Ohio + beyond for the last 10 years - there’s nothing I don’t know about getting hitched, and nothing I don’t love about it.

Kayla has been working with my family for over 3 years and she is simply the best. She’s so talented, kind, and so patient with our little one. She creates a bond with her clients that you will forever cherish!

Your earth loving, sun chasing Oregon elopement photographer. My work is ever evolving but my intention is always the same: to capture the essence of who you are and create timeless photographs that will always take you back to your incredible day.

I don't know where to begin. So I suppose at the beginning! Mia was so professional, took incredible and creative shots, had unparalleled attention to detail, and was just so dang friendly and awesome to work with! That being said, Mia was WAY more than 'just' a photographer. I'm from Oregon, but we live in NYC, so our wedding was a destination wedding for most. Mia had not only been to Crater Lake countless times, but she scouted out specific areas for me, sent me loom videos, and even woke herself up at the crack of dawn to scout out where a sunrise photoshoot would be best. Seriously - above and beyond! Oh, then she created this beautiful pdf of everything you need to know/prepare before the event. I mean, the details and even the aesthetic of the doc was fantastic. Another example - I had SO many issues in finding a hairdresser and I had vented to Mia about it. In no way did I think she'd respond the way she did. Her response was "oh no, that's not right. Let's start over." She then quickly got me several hair referrals and I did go with one of them (who was also excellent). Now - the micro ceremony, photoshoot, and then the reception the following day (i know, we were a lot!) ... I mean - she was AWESOME. She was the patient ringleader we all needed in corralling all of our family members in the right direction and orchestrating where we should go / what we should do and when the day of (again, MORE than 'just' a photographer). It was all crazy, fun, and chaotic, but then it came down to our First Look. She told me to ignore her, and just be in the moment and that this was a very special private time with just me and him - and to really enjoy it (I'm butchering this)- that's when I lost it and my waterworks started. It was what a caring friend would say - it was so kind, soft, genuine, and exactly what I needed to hear at the exact time I needed to hear it. Needless to say, all of the shots we had for the micro ceremony, sunset photoshoot (we nixed sunrise bc we wanted to sleep in the day after haha), family portraits, and dinner were done flawlessly... and not just flawlessly, but Mia just brought the best positive energy and made it so memorable! She brought tons of lenses, and even props and bug-spray for us (I definitely didn't think that). None of the poses were or felt cheesy - and I know that's not always the case. Because you're having fun, it becomes natural and organic. Now post wedding, etc, she gave us access to the website with all of our photos. First, it was organized in a very logical way (thank god!!) with Previews, First Look, Ceremony, etc etc. All in sequential order. We had another reception over here on the East Coast and I can confidently say that not everyone organizes their photos this way - or is anything like Mia. It made it very easy to show them to everyone, and create albums, and Christmas gifts. These are photos of a lifetime that we will always be able to look back on and remember as the best day of our lives. She was able to capture it all perfectly. Truly. These are just a few examples (yes, there are more), but as you can see, Mia was WAY more than 'just' a photographer. She really made it all happen and it would not have gone off without a hitch without her. If I could give her 10 stars, I would! You really won't find anyone like Mia. She blows any bar out of the water.

Awarded Best of Zola
Our day with Dani was like a dream come true. When my fiancé proposed in the breathtaking Lake Garda, I was completely swept off my feet. Dani’s talent shone through in every shot—each photo was a stunning capture of our joy and the beauty of the day. I found myself in tears looking through them, so perfectly did they convey our emotions. Dani had this incredible knack for giving just the right amount of direction while letting everything feel so natural and candid. It was amazing how she made us feel at ease, despite the excitement, and her presence made the whole experience flow effortlessly. Dani's warmth and skill turned what could have been a whirlwind day into a series of perfectly captured moments. I can’t recommend her enough to couples who want not just gorgeous photos but a truly heartfelt and memorable experience.

Hey there! Since you are trusting me to capture these special moments in your life, I figured you should probably know a bit about me, right? I am a Huntsville, Alabama native, but moved to Nashville after graduating from the University of Alabama in 2013. ROLL TIDE! Although I consider Nashville home, I am anything but a homebody. I love traveling and exploring new places (especially the food at those places!). I even studied abroad in Italy, which let me tell you, was a food lover's dream. I have always felt like an old soul trapped in a millennial’s body. I would rather listen to Frank Sinatra than anything on the radio today.

Awarded Best of Zola
Diana was absolutely amazing and I would 100% recommend her to anyone with no hesitation. From initial contact on, Diana was understanding of our concerns, given that we had had an issue with a previous photographer, and truly worked to reassure us and gain our trust. She was flexible, so positive and personable and of course, the photos we’ve seen so far are absolutely gorgeous and we can’t wait to see the rest. Our friends and family raved about Diana and her assistant Sarah, and told us how wonderful and friendly they were, that they felt like they were really on top of it, addressed any concerns that they had and just overall were an absolute pleasure to be around and had such a positive impact on our day. If you’re reading this and are on the fence about hiring Diana, which I don’t understand how you could be, let this be your sign to work with her. You will have no regrets and you will absolutely love your photos!

So there’s no “I” in team right?! While Captured Couture is the product of years of hard work that I built from the ground up. I have an amazing team because sometimes takes more than just me. For larger events or on occasions when I am already booked one of my team members will gladly assist with your event. We’ve covered hundreds of weddings together, and have refined our editing style and way of shooting to be completely consistent. You won’t be able to tell the difference. Pinky promise! No matter where you’re planning from when it clicks, it clicks.

Jennifer and her team were astonishing! I did a boudoir session as a bridal gift to my husband, it was such a breeze and I felt so comfortable, although I was quite nervous, she made me feel like I was a pro! Our wedding day was behind schedule all day and with a bridal party of 21 it was a chore keeping everyone on point. They not only kept us going but also checked off all the must have shots for us. Everyone was so professional and kind, we had an absolute fantastic time! I would 10/10 recommend! We budgeted for a good photographer and I am so grateful we did they were amazing to work with!

Hi there! I’m Emma CotéEwers, your East Coast & Destination Wedding and Lifestyle Photographer! My work is a seamless blend of traditional heirloom portraiture, lively artistic shots, and a little photojournalism if the day calls for it. With a true-to-color, film-inspired approach, I strive to craft visuals that capture love, laughter, and those beautifully authentic moments that weave together the story of your wedding! I feel like these should include fun facts? Patsy Cline’s Walkin’ After Midnight is my favorite song and I am currently on my 8th nostalgic binge of Gilmore Girls (which might just be fueling my banter lately).

I cannot say enough good things about Emma - she is always flexible, knowledgeable, and shows up with the best energy to every event! When I wasn’t sure where I wanted to take bridals, she was happy to make suggestions based on the vibe I was going for - and I very much appreciated one less thing on my plate!
