I recently had the absolute pleasure of hosting my wedding at Stroudsmoor Country Inn on Memorial Day, and I am beyond thrilled with the experience. From start to finish, the entire event was nothing short of magical. Before our wedding, I often heard people say their wedding day was the happiest day of their lives, but I never truly understood that sentiment—until now. Thanks to the impeccable team at Stroudsmoor, I can wholeheartedly say it was the happiest day of my life. The approach at Stroudsmoor is exceptionally organized. Linda, with her vast experience, ensures that every detail is perfect. Her meticulous planning and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire process. Despite the unexpected heavy rains on our wedding day, we seamlessly adapted and moved the ceremony indoors to a beautiful location inside the Lawnhaven Pavilion. The transition was smooth, and the indoor setup was just as stunning as the original outdoor plan. The environment Linda and her team created was like a dream come true. She has cultivated an atmosphere of warmth and hospitality that is palpable as soon as you step onto the property. The surprises they planned were beyond amazing! Growing up in India, I had only read about s'mores and imagined the sound of ice cream trucks. Experiencing these delightful touches for the first time on our special day was phenomenal. These unexpected details made us feel incredibly loved and cherished. I want to extend a special thank you to the incredible "I Do Crew"—Belkis, Jess, and Ann—who did an outstanding job on the day. Laura’s kindness also did not go unnoticed. And finally, a heartfelt thank you to Linda, whose efforts in fostering such a positive and welcoming atmosphere at Stroudsmoor truly made all the difference. We cannot say enough amazing things about Bello Giorno Estate. The location of the estate is adjacent to a small river, which made for absolutely spectacular wedding photos. Think Secret Garden meets Italian Villa! We also loved the intimate feel of the banquet hall, which was the perfect fit for our wedding size. Our guests loved the food and service. Even though we planned our wedding remotely, working with Monica and Stephanie was incredibly easy, as they were very responsive to both email and phone calls. We felt like they went above and beyond to accommodate us and tailor our wedding so it would be perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better venue to hold our wedding. Thank you Bello Giorno!

We knew that the North Shore House would be our wedding venue from the moment we walked in for the first time. We fell in love right away with how beautiful it is, both inside and especially outside by the lake. We were already convinced by that alone, then we met Eric, Kelly, Emma, and the rest of the staff who were so kind, professional, accommodating, and wonderful to work with that we were even more certain. We then went for a food tasting and were blown away. The food is amazing. (Don’t just book a wedding there for the food, go to the tavern and have dinner there. You’ll be glad you did.) Every single aspect of the planning from day one was made so easy by the staff. They made us feel special, like we were their most important clients ever. The people there are just absolutely the best, that can’t be emphasized enough. Then there’s the venue itself. The grounds outside by the lake where our ceremony and cocktail hour were are absolutely gorgeous. It’s all very well kept and you won’t find a more beautiful spot to get married. Inside where we had the reception has all been refinished and is just stunning. We loved the atmosphere and the vibe of the whole place. It’s not glitz and glamour, it’s classy and elegant and perfect. There are also a dozen or so rooms on the second and third floors, which we loved because we were able to stay the night with our family and friends after the wedding. The rooms are all refinished recently too and are equally beautiful. Let’s talk food. We did all night hors d'oeuvres rather than a traditional dinner, and the food was amazing. There was passed food as well as stations, and never a shortage. Everyone there said the food was great, zero complaints. There was so much, I couldn’t possibly list everything we had so I won’t even try. But it was SO. GOOD. If you’re thinking that maybe this is your kind of place for your wedding, don’t even think twice about it. There is no maybe. It’s definitely the place. We can’t thank the staff enough for everything they all did to make our wedding perfect. We love that we can even go back, eat at the tavern, and book a room for an anniversary perhaps. We couldn’t be happier that we chose The North Shore house!

What an amazing venue! From the moment we toured and signed our contract, to the day after our wedding when we picked everything up (that was nearly packed for us), this place was seriously the best! Mollie and Alana were so great to work with the year leading up to our wedding, always available to answer questions and bounce ideas off of. Emily, our DOC, was truly AMAZING! She was so attentive to not only our entire wedding day and party, but to my husband and I. Any time I turned around she was right there ready to do whatever I asked. The ceremony summit terrace and the cocktail hour courtyard are both beautiful and intimate while also providing plenty of space. The food and service was excellent. The wedding staff will truly make any vision come to life for your wedding. I couldn’t have asked for a better venue that truly provided everything we needed and wanted and gave us the perfect wedding! 10/10 highly recommend!!!

The planning was stress free. Michele and Kathi were extremely responsive to all of my questions! Not only was everything leading up to the wedding great, our wedding day was truly perfect. Our bartender, Alex, was personable and connected with all of our guests! The entire staff that night were so nice and professional! Food was amazing! The gazebo and grounds made for the perfect spring photos too! My husband and I have no complaints! Highly recommend!

He ensured that every detail for our event was perfect. Nick went above and beyond to make the day easy and stress free. He stayed in frequent communication with us in the days and months leading up to our event to ensure that everything was in order. The team at Wind Creek was very accommodating and honored all of our special requests. Our guests could not stop raving about the food and about how beautiful the venue was. Everyone also enjoyed going to the hotel bar immediately after the reception for the after party. Everything was incredibly convenient for us and our guests. It was truly the best day! Cedar Lakes Estate is a slice of heaven on earth. I have had the pleasure of working with Cedar Lakes Estate for the last 5-6 years. Everything that the CLE team does is done with the intention of creating the most magical + memorable experience for their guests. They always put their best foot forward and understand what it takes to produce flawless events. So where do I begin? Food + Beverage: Their delicious food will melt in your mouth and will blow your mind. One of the things that I appreciate about their menus is that it is the farthest from wedding catering. It is so good that I have used them in NYC for events and weddings. Their culinary skills are sharp and they do what they do really, really well. Their menus are approachable but their flavor profiles + presentation are high end. CLE Team: One of my favorite things and strongest asset of CLE is their staff and team. Their serving staff is trained in house and are not random cater waiters. Their staff takes extreme pride in what they do each day and weekend and you can tell. They are invested in the client and in the brand which translates in everything they touch and do. From their management team all the way through to their housekeeping staff their team's hospitality + hard work is consistent. As a planner It's wonderful peace of mind. The Grounds: I like to say that CLE is the Disneyland of wedding venues and each year it gets better and better. I love being able to create unique and personalized events with my couples at CLE because the options are endless when producing an eventful wedding weekend. Where do I even begin? We got married at the Grain House at the Olde Mill Inn on May 23, 2024, and it was nothing short of perfect. The entire wedding planning process was made easy thanks to everyone at the OldMill Inn and Grain House. They are very responsive, which is crucial when planning a wedding. My grandmother and grandfather had their wedding reception here back in 1957, so I knew I wanted to meet with them to discuss having my wedding there. It was the first and only venue we met with. After going on a tour and discussing the different packages with Lea, I was sold. They take care of your accommodations, catering, bar, cake, tables, chairs, etc. My wedding planning “to-do” list was cut in half! Everyone is so accommodating and they really work with you to make sure your day goes perfectly. So many guests told us how they never experienced wedding food to this level. Everything was DELICIOUS! Better yet, we actually got to eat as the bride and groom. The property itself is gorgeous. John was our Matre d’ and he was the best! He made sure we stayed on time, he ran food from the cocktail hour to me and my husband when we were taking photos, and he coordinated with our vendors so we didn’t have to worry. His efforts did not go unnoticed. Once again I had guests come up to me and tell me how amazing he is. I also had guests reach out after to tell me it was the best wedding they have ever been to. All of our vendors were fantastic but the Old Mill Inn and Grain House really did the bulk of the work to make it an unforgettable experience. The hotel itself was wonderful to stay in, everything was so clean and the breakfast was delicious. I wouldn’t change a thing about my wedding day, everything was perfect and I really have the Old Mill Inn and the Grain House to thank for that. I would recommend the Old Mill Inn and the GrainHouse to anyone planning a wedding. It really is the ONLY choice in my opinion. You will not be disappointed.

I recently had my wedding at the Madison Hotel. I can say that my wedding was the wedding I always dreamed of. From beginning to end, the staff was very professional, especially my Maitre'd Joe Zimmerman and his assistant Jose. From the day of the rehearsal till the next day of the wedding they were fantastic. We held our rehearsal dinner at Rods and the food was phenomenal. The day of the wedding, the ceremony was held in the dreamy conservatory and the reception was in the grand ballroom. The transition went seamlessly. They worked very well with all my vendors, DJ, photographer, and string quartet. I had a decorator that they let her come in to stage early and when the conservatory and ballroom were available, they let her right in. They also provided us with a bridal suite for us the get ready in the day of. The whole staff was very attentive and courteous. The food was absolutely amazing at cocktail hour and the reception, we had no complaints! Two bars with top shelf liquor was available the whole night. At the end of the night we had a sparkler sendoff, the staff knew exactly what to do and it all worked out perfectly. We stood at the hotel both nights. The night of the rehearsal we had separate king size bedrooms and the wedding night they provide us with a complimentary honeymoon suite, which was amazing. I highly recommend the Madison Hotel.

I cannot put into words how HIGHLY I recommend Glasbern. The ceremony space, reception space, guest rooms and grounds were so beautiful and the exact vibe we were going for. Megan and Morgan, the events manager and our day-of coordinator were my guardian angels, dealing with every request and question I had and taking every bit of stress away from me. The entire staff was perfection and treated us all amazingly. The food is incredible and the bartenders kept up with our VERY thirsty group. We were in the Glasloft, which is the smaller of their two event spaces (we had 70 guests), and even with another wedding happening at the same time, we never felt like anything was happening except our wedding.

We held our rehearsal dinner and welcome party at Plumsteadville Inn and we are so happy we did! It was the perfect kickoff to our wedding weekend! We held both events in the upstairs banquet room, which worked great with our numbers (about 40 rehearsal dinner guests and an additional 50 welcome party attendees), as everyone had enough room to walk around and mingle. Matt and team were very easy to work with throughout the whole process from booking the space, choosing the menu, accommodating for food allergies and night-of service. The food, of course, was delicious! And the staff was so attentive and took care of us the whole night. All our guests had a great time. Highly recommend booking your next event at the Plum!

Having our wedding at Hotel Du Village in New Hope was one of the best decisions we made! We were looking for a venue with European charm near Philadelphia/NJ, where most of our family is located. We found Hotel Du Village and were wowed on our first tour of the venue. It has a blend of charming historic features mixed with modern amenities. The gardens were lush and served as the perfect romantic backdrop for our outdoor ceremony and photographs. Our wedding was in mid-May 2024. We opted to rent out the whole venue on a Friday night because it allowed us to utilize the entire event space. We held our ceremony outside on the lawn next to the manicured gardens. This flowed seamlessly into cocktail hour inside their black-and-white-tiled cocktail space. Dinner was held in the beautiful Colt Ballroom, which required minimal additional decor due to the parquet floor, gorgeous wood paneling, and glimmering Art Deco chandeliers. Finally, our reception was held in the Historic Ballroom, which provided ample room for dancing! Our guests also enjoyed the outdoor patio lit by cozy fire pits. There were plenty of easily accessible bathroom options in the main area for our guests. Now for the food. One of the reasons we chose this venue was because of their in-house catering team, complete with a CIA-trained Chef de Cuisine. Our guests later told us they had never left a wedding so full before! Our pickiest eaters were satisfied with the diverse range of options for cocktail hour and dinner included in the basic package. For the wedding planning process, we worked with Mary Ellen. During our initial tour, she came prepared with exactly what we could expect from the venue and provided us with multiple pricing breakdowns for the different dates and guest counts we were considering. Her help made the planning process simple and organized. The venue was also very accommodating to any of our requests to make our day perfect. For example, since we decided to have a Friday wedding and the venue was not booked on Thursday, we had access to all of the spaces the night before, which gave us extra time to set up our decor exactly how we wanted it. By choosing to rent the whole venue, we committed to filling the hotel the night of our wedding. While expensive, we had no issues filling the rooms with our guests, and it allowed our friends and family to stay in one place throughout our entire event. We also hosted our rehearsal dinner by the pool the night before, which added to the convenience of the hotel. Overall, if you’re looking for a picture-perfect, all-inclusive venue that allows you to customize what matters to you, this is the place.
