The Cypress House is a Federal-style home constructed in 1835. Our property resides on 24 acres, along the bank of the Susquehanna River. In 1987, our family dedicated their hearts and hands to restoring the property to it's original glory. The estate features a stone barn dating back to 1817 and meticulously kept colonial gardens bursting with boxwood, magnolias, and garden roses. We are family owned and operated. When you choose to get married here, your wedding day is cared for and celebrated like you’re a part of our family. We specialize in outdoor, garden-side weddings, stunning candle lit receptions in our wood-grain pole tent, and the most talented in-house Floral and Design team. ​Heritage Restored is a farm that will give you the setting for your wedding or special event that evokes a sense of history, peaceful views, and plenty of space to utilize. The 57 acre property will give a deep breath of relaxation to your event and can accommodate over 200 guests. Mark and Karlen have been restoring the farm for 19 years, one thing has been maintained as much as possible in its original form, the barn. The historic late 1800’s bank barn has many of the original board siding, only to be replaced in-like when needed. It boasts a very large 4 bay layout with the original chestnut flooring. The board siding allows the light to dance off the beautiful wood floors. It is a privilege for Mark and Karlen to invite you into their treasured barn and grounds.

Our gardens and spring-fed pond offer a beautiful and natural backdrop for your wedding day ceremony and reception. With 10 acres of beautifully maintained grounds, weddings at Pheasant Field Bed and Breakfast are elegant, natural and stress free. The historic farmhouse and surrounding pastures at Pheasant Field Bed and Breakfast present a delightful location for weddings, receptions and events. Our stately brick home, stone barn and beautifully landscaped gardens create a lovely backdrop for your wedding day. Wedding ceremonies under the pergola by the pond are peaceful with only the sound of the fountain in the distance. For a more traditional ceremony, nuptials can be held at the arbor in our perennial garden where trees, fencing and flowers create an elegant setting. We host weddings for as few as 2 to as many as 300 guests. After your wedding ceremony & reception, indulge in our honeymoon suite, complete with a fireplace and whirlpool tub.
