The Manor at Mountain View was the perfect find for the owners. The rustic feel with modern-day conveniences was a must. The Pond at TripleBrook is an elegant yet rustic, open air wedding and special event venue with a modern flair conveniently located in scenic Warren County. With sweeping views of rolling mountains, pastoral fields, and lush gardens, TripleBrook's trademark private pond will surround you and your guests with nature's beauty on your special day. Our covered event space can accommodate up to 170 guests for a seated dinner while offering stunning 360-degree panoramas of our charming vistas. Choose to dine and dance the night away in the large versatile pavilion, lounge at the pond-side gazebo or gather around our fire pit on the grand patio. The pond-side pavilion and surrounding modern facilities were built in 2015. The venue is located on the site of our historic dairy barn to provide the perfect picturesque setting to make your wedding or event unforgettable.

Our historic house was built and finished in 1774 and was the home of New Jersey's first elected Governor William Livingston. Throughout time the house was purchased to the Kean family where they resided until the last resident passed away in 1995. Our 23 acres grounds are full of beautiful gardens. You may chose to get married in our gardens which can be found throughout the whole property. Guests will love exploring and walking around the grounds during some off periods of the event. A first floor house tour is also an option so you and your guests get to see the beauty of Liberty Hall Museum.

We are located only 5 miles north of the George Washington Bridge which is the reason why we are also very popular in NYC and surrounding areas. Our 20,000 sq. ft. venue includes two large adjoining banquet halls which can be booked together or separately for weddings, and private events. There are also meeting rooms of varying sizes for corporate events as well as a church sanctuary, an intimate cocktail lounge area, a raised stage at the newly transformed Ariyan Hall, and a large commercial kitchen – plus five acres of park-like outdoor functional area with children's playground and a large FREE parking lot.
