Just 2.5 miles from the heart of downtown’s shops, restaurants, breweries, and music venues. Board Landing Farm is available for weddings, elopements, and photo shoots. The property offers an indoor, modern loft for getting ready, and two ceremony lawns and cocktail areas to choose from depending on if you want to be on the water or overlooking the water. Unique to the property there is a natural waterfall, enormous glacial rock, miniature donkey(s), and boat dock access for a nautical arrival or departure. Dozens of acres of rolling open fields are balanced by the surrounding privacy of lush, tall trees. “Board Landing Farm is a treasure on the water. A terrific venue for couples wanting the quintessential Maine experience complete with bald eagles flying overhead! There are multiple locations for the ceremony- on the pier, in front of a beautiful glacial rock, or at the top of hill overlooking the water. There is easy vehicle access to each vista, so it is easy to get supplies in and out. Lovely sloped setting helps create multiple viewpoints, with flatter spots for a large tent. A beautiful and rustic location.”
