Unique Catering started with a passion for food, friends and a love of people. We opened in December 1999 and have catered over 750 in that time. We have always customized our menus to fit our clients culinary tastes and budget. We offer a discount to all active and retired military, police and fireman. I have a passion for hospitality, outstanding service, and changing the reputation of wedding food... it can be memorable and delicious! I have spent over 20 years in gourmet kitchens across the world. When I came to Texas in 2009 I fell in love with Southern cuisine. After many years in luxury hotels across DFW, in 2016 I created Tex-Med cuisine (modern Mediterranean with a Texan twist) which combines the food of my homeland with the flavors of Texas. My wife, Stephanie, and I opened Ferah Tex-Med Kitchen in 2019 and began offering catering services shortly after.

Aphrodite Oysters has been catering raw bars since 2013. We are established in multiple cities; beginning in Austin, Houston, Dallas, and Lubbock TEXAS - we are now in Nashville, Middle TENNESSEE, also serving GEORGIA, and CALIFORNIA. Our clients healthy and safety is priority, thus we prepare seafood day of your order and oysters are always shucked on-site. Please let us know how we can help brighten your day or someone else. Pokey O's opened in 2006 in University Park, Texas. Many Dallasites have great memories at our store from first dates to visits with their families. Our specialty is the "Pokey O", a custom-made ice cream sandwich made with our soft, delicious cookies and Texas's favorite ice cream, Blue Bell. We're often included at weddings as the "groom's cake" or a late-night treat!
